Cool Stuff is a local retailer that carries a wide variety of video game products, collectibles, anime goods, trading cards, and tabletop games. The store accepts customer trades for most video games and console repair services. Customers praise the great selection, from older to newer games, as well as the friendly and helpful staff.
One reviewer describes Cool Stuff as a "hidden gem," with a daughter who now counts it as one of her favorite stores after discovering it by chance. Another customer was impressed by the vast array of anime figures, Gundam models, mystery boxes, and D&D items available.
While most reviews are positive, one customer was dissatisfied with the trade-in value offered for their Funko Pop collection, feeling the store's pricing was too low at around 20-25% of the items' worth. The reviewer acknowledged the store's need to make a profit but believed the trade-in system could be more fair.
Overall, Cool Stuff is lauded as a great local shop for gaming, anime, and collectible enthusiasts, offering an impressive selection and good customer service, despite some concerns about the fairness of the trade-in process.
