It is a great one-stop shop for all party supplies, including all types of balloons, tablecloths, plates, cups, and cutlery, where the prices cannot be beat. The store also excels in seasonal holiday decor, with cute little items, crafts for kids, and holiday cards. Customers find a lot of stuff not seen at other locations, from dog toys and candles to food items and party favors. However, service experiences vary; while many report quick and friendly service, others have encountered a rude manager and employees that are not the best. Some customers also stew over the recent price increase.
