“Kudos to KeTiya. Great experience today… appreciated the help today! You’re definitely leading by example there!
1/26 The manager, Chrissy, is a rockstar and an awesome leader! She took the time to help me look for something, and I really appreciated her energy and willingness to help. This is my favorite location.”
“Good for school supplies, lots of choices. Also have fall and Halloween stuff out. Cool stuff to decorate home or office. Oh yeah they also have some Christmas stuff out too (Really Dollar Tree)!”
“I want to give a huge thank you to Store Manager Bobby for providing exceptional customer service!
A few days before visiting the store, I called looking for a specific product. Bobby was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond by physically checking the store to see if the item was available. When I came in the following day, the product had actually arrived that morning but was still being unloaded from the truck. Bobby kindly held the items for me after I told him I would return a few hours later to pick them up.
This level of service is rare and greatly appreciated. Bobby made me feel like a valued customer, and his thoughtfulness, professionalism, and willingness to help made the entire experience outstanding. The store was also very well stocked and organized.
I even learned that I could have ordered the product online, which was helpful information for future purchases. Thank you again, Bobby, for making my shopping experience such a positive one. Dollar Tree is fortunate to have a manager who truly cares about his customers!”

“I love this store! The people here are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Every visit is a great experience, and the team really goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued.”
“Yesss I love this store, Melanie was a really great cashier! She showed me where all the ziplocs were, she also showed me where all the canned goods were and you all had a variety of food that I could take home!!! The store was organized all the shopping carts appeared clean!! And I love that I could pick up a basket instead of a shopping cart to go around the store. Love the clearance table!!!”
“The best bath soaps and self care items. Kitchen items, pens and paper. seasonal decorative items , greeting cards galore. A great store. I love it. And sometimes you can get the best ceramic dinnerware from China. Thumbs up. Reminds me of the old school five and dime!”
“Incredible experience with newly appointed assistant manager Lou helped me through all of my problems help me get my phone charged when I couldn’t pay and was very patient through the whole ordeal. Despite it being 9:30 he was nothing but nice and friendly. Highly recommend this place and he deserves a raise.”
“The manager, Joann, was very level headed. I had a large purchase and she took the time to go through each line to make sure she didn't over charge me. All the time making sure other customers were taken care in a timely manner. The store is VERY clean and I go out of my way to shop at this location. Keep up the excellent service.”
“One of my favorite locations. Very friendly employees. Maybe it gets too busy at some points but never had a problem to wait a bit. Compared to others bigger locations that are always messy and smelly - this one is always organized and clean.”
“The management team Melanie and Jay are amazing, they are leading by example. I appreciate their positive energy! They are helpful, and have a friendly demeanor. They’re true assets to your company! I had a great experience during the holiday season, and again today. They’re the reason I will continue to shop at this location.”
“One of the first things I noticed was how organized and easy to navigate the store was. The aisles were clearly labeled, making it simple to locate specific items. Despite carrying a large variety of merchandise, the layout felt spacious and well-planned. The shelves were neatly stocked, and products were displayed in a way that made browsing convenient and enjoyable.”
“***Update***
This particular Dollar Tree is my fave.
It has a lot of nice things...cards for every occasion, party items, decent assortment of H&BA, kitchen items, DYI items, food & snack items, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'll always shop here.
I went to the one in Haygood strip mall. It was clean and stocked well. They were stocking shelves while I was there. They have items in the frozen food area that are priced over $1.25. Top price is $5.00. They have cashiers as well as self checkout at this location. The staff is helpful and friendly.”
“It's a dollar tree so expect a cheap, unorganized store. Great place for school supplies, party decor and diy projects. Some food and cleaning supplies nothing major.”
“Went looking for something specific which they did not have, however found a couple of useful items and purchased. Had to wait a few seconds for a cashier but was not too inconvenient. Recommend this store.”
“This store is nice.I love their balloons and I can get some great smaller dog toys and candles inside.I primarily come here for party supplies bc the prices cannot be beat - balloons, tablecloths (throw-away party decor ones), plates, cups, cutlery, it's all the best prices you'll ever find here. As well as holiday and occasion cards which are ridiculously expensive. They also have a cute seasonal holiday decor section with cute little items and fun things with crafts for kids. It's surprising the goodies you can find in this store once you are here and walking around.”
“I went in last night to get wrapping paper for a baby shower. I was lost because I've never been to one before...so I asked for help. Amanda helped me and I explained to her that I was looking for a gift bag big enough for the gift. But they didn't have one...I went on to say that I didn't really want wrapping paper because I have problems getting on the floor to wrap it. She asked if I had the gift with me...I say yeah and she says well go and get it and I'll wrap it for you. So I purchased my items and got the gift out of the car and she & Rhonda wrapped it for me. When I say I was so pleased with their customer service and compassion and willingness to help...I AM!!!! Thanks again ladies I really appreciate everything that yal did for me. This is my new favorite DT...I will pass other DTs just to come here ??. Keep up the good work Dollar Tree team you are MUCH APPRECIATED ?!!!!! You have a customer for life!”
“Was there today. Manager was right in front. The individual working the register was great; thanked me for coming in instead of using Amazon (the customer before me had indicated that he was using Amazon for some kind of thing). For context, I shop local whenever I can. Including Dollar Tree, as it is headquartered in our Metropolitan area. Edited to add: I went for a gift bag, came out with a number of additional purchases. The seasonal items can be ideal, and I love the organizational stuff.”
“Finding the parking lot can be a bit of a challenge, if you are entering from Bonney road. Turn into the Antique center and DD's driveway to access the store. I was greeted and the clerk was super friendly. The store is clean and as always at DG the shelves were being stocked by the clerks. Overall an ok location to shop.”
“Sean has the best costumer service I've seen in a long time, coming from someone that travels all over the country.
11/10
Excellence, I hope life blesses that kid”
“I spent over 20min to find a item and couldn't find any assistance on the floor. Finally I went to the register.to check out and I asked associate name Jeremy helped me find the item in less than 10 seconds. He gave me the best customer service ever. Very friendly, understanding, and patient. Thanks Jeremy”
“I love the convenience of this store. Between Aldi, the dollar tree and the dollar general - I can get everything I need in this shopping complex. In my experience all the employees are exceptionally kind and helpful.”
“This is the best staff I've ever seen at this particular store. They are pleasant they greet their customers, they're very helpful. I'm so glad they got rid of that old crew, not friendly at all. Having this new staff makes you want to shop at this location. Keep up the good work.”

“Easy parking in the plaza. Plenty of items and candies to pick from. Interesting that there is no self checkout out this location. So it was a short wait to be checked out. Over all a good experience.”
“This is the BEST dollar store I’ve ever visited. I had the most wonderful shopping experience here. I found everything that I needed and more. It was well stocked, organized, and clean. I will definitely return soon.”
