A concern during my first month was quickly addressed and resolved without issue. Later needing more space, Wesley and Justin were more than willing and extremely helpful in explaining and assisting me with the transition to a bigger unit. They were knowledgeable and patient in making it happen in the timeframe needed.

Her quirky sense of humor, and keen eye to detail helped her to think of things that I hadn't considered. She was essential to the smooth operation to this wonderful experience. The packing and moving teams were all professional, and had great attitudes. It looked as if everyone was happy to be there to do their job and it was just refreshing to see employees truely take pride in their profession. It was a joy to work with them.”

“Manager Brandon Boyd saw that I was very distressed and took the time to listen gently to my tale of woe. He offered me water. He did not tell me what to do, but instead suggested that I do whatever was right for me. He said I should put my needs first. He wished me well. When my husband poked his head in and quickly back out, Brandon saved my marriage by saying that my husband obviously loved me just by the look on his face. Thanks Brandon.

“We have had a large storage unit at AAAA for a couple years now. The prices are best in town, two lights with individual switches, and two roll up doors. Everything stays safe and dry.”
“Love the alerts/reminders and the courteous service I get every time I call or drop in. Units are close by and the complex is always clean. Just like everything else this year, the price went up a bit; but still a better price than most other storage facilities.”

“Awesome place! Because of the good reviews I read about Autoworks, I brought my car in for repair. My blue trouble maker ? vehicle decided to communicate to the mechanic its many issues. Fortunately, David and team are upfront and described to me that there are many issues, although not all need to be repaired as not every issue is causing the main problem. Fixing everything would also create a 5 million dollar price tag. They obviously understand that clients will not return if price- gouged! They care about transparency. Thank you so much to David and the others at Autoworks. Much appreciated!”

“I had an absolutely amazing experience with this moving company. I did a long distance move from virginia to california. I am a female live alone. I had a lot of stuff. It was my first time doing a long distance move by myself. Dana went above and beyond spent appropriate time explaining things. I felt very comfortable with her. Which was very reassuring. She was transparent. I went back and forth but I finally booked with them. Move in coordinator Donna was also very responsive. My stuff landed safely. Any concerns I had was addressed. Movers were very professional and excellent. Worked promptly and finished fast. I defintely recommend them!”

“I moved after being in my home for 46 years. I put all my things in two large storage areas for 7 1/2 months until I found what I wanted in a new place to live. I then had all my belongings moved into my new condo. Start Packing did both of the moves. I can't say enough nice things about them. The owner, Billy Wagner is a really nice and true professional person. All of his employees are hard workers, professional and handled my things with care. The only thing I would do differently if I were doing this again is I would just let them pack everything. I wanted to pack some of my more valuable items which created more problems for me and I was totally exhausted! They did a fine job with all the packing and moving and I should have have sat back and let them do it all. Thank goodness I used this company you should use them also when you make a move, just let them do everything and don't end up exhausted as I did!”

“I called Scott’s Moving & Labor Services on Monday 04/15/2024 for an emergency move on 04/17/2023. The owner was very polite and assured me that the move could be scheduled on this date at the time that I requested (7:00 AM). This took a great weight off of my shoulders and helped to put my mind at ease. They arrived on time and had everything moved out of the house by 8:30 AM. Everything was neatly and carefully placed in my storage unit and the whole process was completed before 10:00 AM. The owner and the movers were very professional and I highly recommend them to assist in any type of move whether it’s big or small.”
