I have found the management of that facility to be able to be worked with when I considered things that didn't meet my expectations. “I was having a really rough moment and phone customer service wasn’t helpful, so I came into this U-Haul location instead. Chris immediately made a joke that lightened my mood, and both Chris and Chantel B had such positive, calming energy. They fixed my issue quickly, made me feel at ease, and completely turned my day around. My experience with them was nothing less than amazing. I will definitely be renting from this U-Haul location again for my move next month.”
“Rented an absolutely horrible car. Worst I’ve ever rented. That said, Three, the gentleman at this location was absolutely wonderful. The car was so bad that it wasnt even able to be re-fueled due to a damaged fuel filler. The district manager, Sheila Williams, did nothing at all to help in fact she tried to charge me $10/gallon for the fuel when it was impossible to add fuel!
But Three was great! Very professional, and apologetic. I would rent from him again in a second. He agreed the car shouldn’t have been rented. Three should be the district manager.
I called the 800 number and they were awesome. They not only refunded the amount Shelia overcharged me but refunded the entire rental amount! So what started out as a bad experience ended up being very fair”
