While the wait can sometimes be longer than expected, the staff does their best to minimize waiting times. The facility is large and extensive, with many lift bays, and the attached Hobby Shop is also noted. Some reviews express disappointment that this government-controlled service is being replaced.

I have gotten good service here during a half dozen visits, for state inspections, new tires, minor repairs, and car accessories. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and do their best to minimize waiting times.

The Navy Exchanges should remain under government control and farmed to pep boys. Most of us who use these services greatly appreciate it as well as the people who work there.
Shame on the military for getting of these services.
