“I went into London Bridge Auto Service today because O’Reily’s auto parts employee snapped my daughter new 23 Buick Encore Rear Wiper off when trying to change the wiper blade. Eric swapped the arm out for me and then helped me hunt down all over town a wiper blade to fit since the new arm did not come with one. Honestly all he had to do was switch the wiper arm and be done with me. But after hearing the bad time I had with O’Reilys employees Eric went above and beyond to help me get my daughter’s car fixed and back on the road to send her back to SC to college safely. Eric will never understand how much he helped me today. I truly appreciate his kindness and he has definitely made a new customer in the future along with me telling everyone how wonderful he was. You truly do not find nice, caring mechanics like Eric out there anymore. I am glad I got to meet him today. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

“I have used Caliber Collision twice this past year by no fault of my own going through the other party's insurance company. Caliber kept the process simple, initiated frequent updates, answered all questions, my vehicle had over $35k in damage and required a complete frame change out along with front, rear, and bed work. I have had the vehicle back 5 months and have no issues from ANY of the repairs. Pretty impressive for significant damage and a 4.5 month repair (2 months waiting for parts). Paint matches perfect, Fit is like factory, Most parts were OEM price matched. “This place saved me 185 dollars Meineke was trying to scam out of me, all I had was a sensor that Meineke forgot or intentionally unplugged and when I asked why my engine light was on after I just spent 2400 dollars having them put on new brakes and other stuff they tell me it’s gonna be 185 dollars to figure out why the light was on I walked out and went to Beach Auto repair LITERALLY 30 seconds and Cody fixed the issue and even REFUSED to accept 50 dollars I was trying to give him PROTECT CODY AT ALL COSTS, this place seems a little run down but the people there are amazing!
