“I’m sorry to say that I didn’t get the young man’s name who helped me but he was very polite, kind & patient with me. I came for an estimate & it was quite reasonable so I had the work done in less than an hour. I intend to go back for my future needs. It was the N Witchduck Rd location, in Virginia Beach. The manager is Kionne Scott but I’m not sure that’s who I dealt with.”

“I was out just looking at vehicles as I have been in the market. The salesman, Ron Coleman introduced himself, did not provide pressure, just knowledge regarding the various models on the lot I was looking at. Ron and the sales manager Dennis came up with a number for the cost of the vehicle, as the vehicle was new on the lot. Ron worked with me…no pressure and the deal went through. I recommend that you ask for Ron if you go to the RK Chevrolet lot looking at cars. This gentleman has been in the business now for over 25 years and has a lot of knowledge with a no pressure approach to auto sales.”

“We came to Virginia Beach grom Memphis TN and right when we got to the beach our engine light came on. When every other place said they couldn't fix it for a week (we were leaving in 3 days) 17th Street took our car and the issue fixed it in a day. “I took my beloved 2017 Nissan Rogue in for an oil change and state inspection. This is one of the very few Star Wars Nissans that came out in the support of the 2017 Star Wars movie Rogue One. These professional folks took care of my car in February of this year and they were WONDERFUL! The same goes for the service I received today. They were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. “Short and to the point. I contacted him about my 2013 BMW x5 35i xdrive 3.0L. Alternator. He pretty much showed up the same day and got it done. Also did my tension pulley and heater valve at that same time. Pretty fast and REALLY GOOD. Also he pointed out other things to me that I wasn’t aware of. Which I’m getting him to take care of. Would definitely and highly recommend him to anyone I know or come across.”
“I spoke with Dave and Leo. I wish they could’ve had the opportunity to complete the job they were given from Carshield. Carshield recommended me to this place for my transmission. I lost my keys, was late for my appointment and these two men were compassionate and patient from the start. They worked with me and was honest as well as professional explaining everything that was wrong with my van. I was told by my warranty I was covered and for them to call with diagnostics to complete my claim. We all worked together and did what was asked everyone except my warranty company came through… Unfortunately, they were not able to get paid after finding out I needed a transmission. I felt so bad because they had already did the work! Even with having my car over the weekend , completing a diagnosis Dave told me to bring what I can and a review! This was totally unfair to them. Yet, they still looked out for me . Being in a wheelchair, just moving in my place after staying in a hotel for a month and paying insurance for a handicap accessible van I depend on and getting screwed by the same company who referred Beach Boy auto was insane! However, it’s a blessing to know they’re still honest people in the business world who cares! Thank you for finding out what’s wrong with my car and understanding my situation. I apologize for the inconvenience and Carshield you guys are terrible for wasting people’s time and money! I will never do business with Carshield again you take advantage of your “Diamond” customers and extremely misleading!”

“From now on, this is the only place I will go for auto services! I tried a few other places before, and Christian Brothers far outshone them all, from the clarity of the estimate and inspection report to the quality of the service I received. The people are so friendly, and when my inspection was done they talked me through everything they found. I also was able to use the shuttle service, which took away the stress of trying to find someone to drive me there and back while my car was being serviced. You pay a bit more for labor I think, but for me it was worth it. 10/10!”

“Matt and his team came and saved the day! Unexpectedly my car died on me while out with my son and had to get it taken to a shop for repairs. I stumbled onto this shop based off his experience with Chrysler products and I wasn’t disappointed. I drive an Alfa Romeo which is a cheap car to fix and parts are hard to acquire. Mid Atlantic was able to get my parts and labor done within the week without completely breaking the bank and saving me money compared to going to the dealership. With better service and communication. Highly recommend this shop for any jeep, Chrysler or Alfa Romeo services!!!!”
