“Cassidy is the best. Best customer service around!! She really professional customer service when I called a week before and she got me checked in and out within about 10 minutes and I was really grateful for her service. She really makes this storage facility operate very very well.”
“Easy to use website and very affordable. They were fast at emailing me my unit number, access code and lock code. The unit was clean and easy to get into. Thank you for everything.”

“Very pleased with the service at this location. Karen has been very helpful, patient and friendly, she has excellent customer service. Karen was also very welcoming. She helped make my unit upgrade easy and fast. I will definitely recommend others to her at each location.”
“I have had a storage unit at jackrabbit on Witchduck Road for more than 10 years. I have found it to be convenient always clean and serviceable well maintained with very good security. I have found the management of that facility to be able to be worked with when I considered things that didn't meet my expectations. In every case I was met with a very positive and open willingness to work together. I highly recommend this facility for those who need storage who are located within a reasonable distance. Be happy to speak to anybody about this. I'm very satisfied.”
“I called to see if they had a parking space for our RV that we’re bringing up here from Florida. Parking spaces in nice facilities are hard to find. I talked to a representative called Joe and he was super nice and so accommodating. Found one space very close to us on Harper’s road. I took it and committed to 6months which halved the monthly fee!!! Somebody even called me from the facility after I signed up to welcome me. Highly recommend!”
“Anytime I am in need of a storage unit this Jack rabbit storage on Holland road has always accommodated me! On some occasions when I needed it, they also had a moving truck that I was able to use as a thank you for using them for my storage needs! Prices have always been reasonable, all of the workers have been courteous and polite and the new system to get through the gate has made me feel safe with my items being there. They will always be my go to! Thank you for being amazing through the years.”

“Josie was extremely helpful and informative and although I was at the shore dr location looking for a 10x10 unit, she found me a 10x10 at the va beach blvd location in a climate controlled unit for almost $50 less. If I could've given her 10 or even 15 stars I would.
Thank you again Josie and I hope you have a wonderful vacation!”
“Wonderful lady let me tour the unit yesterday, talked to me about the stipulations with unit , made recommendations for dust cloths, mold protectant and locks! Low move in cost first month free only $29”
“Heather was fantastic and helpful when I called back to secure a storage unit for rent. Everyone has been helpful to speak with over the phone! Looking forward to using their facility.”

“Awesome storage facility. It’s spotless, well kept and easy to get around. The staff are top notch: friendly, professional and quick to help. I highly recommend them.”
“We were able to get a storage unit within the space of 24 hrs. Your customer service is excellent. The excellent climate-controlled storage units were clean and easily accessed. Thank you so much for your prompt service!”
“We have had a large storage unit at AAAA for a couple years now. The prices are best in town, two lights with individual switches, and two roll up doors. Everything stays safe and dry.”
“The boys keep this property immaculate!! They walk it every day and pick up trash, and their golf cart has a large magnet that rides an inch from the ground and gets every single screw and nail as they drive around. They provide an app which allows me to open up the gate as soon as I drive up. But the best part is: these guys are just flat out super cool guys…very professional and very helpful anytime I need something or have any questions or concerns. My unit (I’m sure it’s the same for all units) has a timer-light in it. I LOVE this feature because sometimes I have to go at night and get something. I just turn the light on, get what I need, and leave…and it turns off automatically. Storage Mart couldn’t have hired better guys than these two. Very pleased.”
“The staff is very friendly and helpful. The storage unit is clean, bright, and very spacious. I also love that the building has both heating and air conditioning. It feels very safe and secure, which gives me peace of mind. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience!”

“1. My local Attendant, via phone “NES” provided excellent info, encouraging me to pick this place!
2. After arranging for movers, I registered ONLINE a couple days later… BUT wasted a lot of time when it got to the “Orange (something)” INSURANCE, NOT allowing me to enter info into any greyed-out field!
3. Calling the national #, CSR “BRIAN” provided excellent service and completing my registration for me. THX to you both!”
“I advised Public Storage I was having problems getting access to property using the app through the survey and they called and advised me how to fix the issue. I received a quick response. I am very happy with the service.”
“I had a great experience at Prime Storage thanks to Jeff. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He made the entire process fast and easy, but what really stood out was that he genuinely cared. He took the time to listen to my situation, answered all of my questions, and made sure I had exactly what I needed.
Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Jeff went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and I left feeling confident that I made the right choice. If you’re looking for a storage unit, I highly recommend working with Jeff. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier!”
