A concern during my first month was quickly addressed and resolved without issue. Later needing more space, Wesley and Justin were more than willing and extremely helpful in explaining and assisting me with the transition to a bigger unit. They were knowledgeable and patient in making it happen in the timeframe needed.

“I called to see if they had a parking space for our RV that we’re bringing up here from Florida. Parking spaces in nice facilities are hard to find. I talked to a representative called Joe and he was super nice and so accommodating. Found one space very close to us on Harper’s road. I took it and committed to 6months which halved the monthly fee!!! Somebody even called me from the facility after I signed up to welcome me. Highly recommend!”

“I chose to leave this message because of the latest message about Terri. I don’t leave Google reviews normally because I just don’t. I use them to gage where I want to spend my money. Because I know Terri doesn’t “target” renters, I decided to write this review. I’ve been renting from Miller Store Road, property manager Terri since October 2025. I’ve had nothing but the upmost respect from Terri and will say that but for her, I would have moved out of this location months ago. I even had an incident where I needed some assistance from a man who had made me feel really uncomfortable and she offered to walk me to my car and watch me leave. I come here a lot ( life has me like that). I’ve watched her interact with guests of all classes (if I’m being judgmental), including myself in person and on the phone. I’ve NEVER seen nor heard her treat anyone any other way than the courtesy we all want in today’s world. Personally, she’s been EXTREMELY helpful with anything I need from answering a lot of questions or helping me decide what unit would be the best. I hope this helps the next individual win, deciding on what storage unit to rent and the future.”
