“I’ve had my stuff here for over a year and the rent has only increased one time and it was only a $10 increase! They also take the time to call you if your unit is left unlocked or if anything around your unit looks suspicious. Very secure place to store your belongings. Staff has always been super nice too no matter what time you come in. I’ve used two other storage companies before but I will always look for and recommend jack rabbit from here on out.”

“I came to this AAAA location randomly shopping around for a storage unit with a lot of uncertain decisions and not only did Tyler take the time to provide info, specials, and different alternatives to fit my need and make me a new customer he was also able to give me a walk thru, help me get the required supplies I was short on and move in ready in less then 30 minutes. Very much over standard customer service was provided to me and made my stressful need of additional storage feel like it was an accomplishment. Told they only do price increases on annual renewal. Life Storage, now bought by Extra Storage, raised rates every few months. They had just raised my rate for the 3rd time in 12 month when Extra Storage bought them 2 months ago and immediately raised the rate another 40%. Time will tell, but American Classic Storage's prices seemed fair and knowing that they only due rate increase annually is a great selling point!”
