“Japanese Auto Masters was recommended by a friend. I needed my tranny fluid flushed and changed, but knew it required a specific type. David assured me that what they use is compatible with Toyota's WS ATF. I was concerned as my experience with auto shops is not the best. But, given my friends satisfaction with their service, I requested the tranny fluid and brake fluid be flushed and changed and the front and rear differential fluid and transfer fluid be changed. They did a superb job. No issues at all with the truck and the price was very fair. They also called me to say that I needed to replace my wiper blades and cabin filter. I have them the go-ahead. I really like these folks! Friendly, courteous, trustworthy, and fair! I couldn't ask for more! I enthusiastically recommend Japanese Auto Masters for any service needs. You won't be disappointed.

“Found nail in my tire after tpms light came on. Came into this location and was pleasantly surprised that there wouldn't be a charge to repair the tire. The staff were great explaining that the nail was in a repairable area and gave insight on the operation of the tpms. I will be back when new tires are needed. Highly recommend Discount Tire.”
“My car broke down at the 7-Eleven right next door. One of their mechanics, free of charge, walked over and checked out my car. I thought my battery had died. He quickly discovered my battery was fine. The problem was the safety switch on my clutch. This happened on a Friday. Monday afternoon, my car was fixed and back in my driveway. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the young mechanic. I was impressed with their expedient family isolation and repair.”
“Got into town on vacation and came back to my car to find I had run over a nail. Brought it in and the staff was extremely friendly and said they would repair it if they could. Even though it wasn’t able to be repaired, they got me back on the road very quickly. Would definitely bring my car back here if anything else were to happen.”

“In my 35+ years of taking cars to shops, this is the absolute best. Every interaction has been so professional and positive. They didn't charge me to remove a nail from my tire so I went back, again, and again... They only charge for what they do when you go for an alignment, etc. and their staff is the most professional I've ever seen. I don't know how they get these great folks but hats off the management for getting them and keeping them. I bright light in an industry that can often be a real pain. “I don't usually leave reviews, but in this case their service was excellent. I had a bolt in my tire and a slow leak. The inspected the tire and repaired it at no charge. They did not try and upsell me or tell me I needed a new tire. I have used this store in the past for new tires on an older car and the service was just as good.”

“Eric was tremendously helpful in troubleshooting an issue with my Audi Q7. Despite having a recent oil change my vehicle was alerting me that I needed a quart of oil. He was polite, direct, and informative. He quickly topped off my oil and educated me on possible issues that would cause the alert. Also, his efficiency was very appreciated as a first-time mom with a sleeping newborn in tow. I will definitely return to this location and ask for Eric specifically!”

Ms. Pat and her husband started this business in 1978. Everyone there is kind and helpful! Last month, they fixed my car- the Auto Zone had told me I needed a new starter. I called around checking prices, and they quoted me the best price ($100 less than others). It turned out to be just a new battery.
Bernie took great care of me. I came back here for my inspection. I needed new brakes and rotors and new tires. They were awesome! Got the brakes and rotors done, took the car to Discount Tire for the tires, and came back this morning to clear my inspection.

“Abraham quoted me $149 a tire which is the reason i went to R&R. I was also told my appointment would be from 4-5pm
I received my quote and they charged me $298 a tire AND my appointment was actually 4-6pm and i ended up waiting there for over 2 hours. I should've just gotten my wheels done at the dealership since they were the same price.
Update: The manager made things right. He called me and apologized for the discrepancy and refunded me the difference. Im pleased to say that with the level of transparency with this company I will get tires through them again.”
