“first i went to the tire city right next door, had 2 tires back to back not holding air so i felt i couldn’t trust them anymore. hence why i came here instead. one man show on a saturday, and what i heard he is the owner of the place as well. he took the tire off to find that the tire city didn’t clean any of the rim up, all he did was take a wire brush and compressed air to it real quick, same tire back on, and lo and behold, it held air. knowledgeable guy who won’t try and price gouge you.”
“We had a great experience at Cider Tire in Norfolk! There were two guys working super hard to get everyone in and out quickly. It was a very hot day and they were dripping sweat. They maintained professional attitudes and gave us great service and tires. We have large tires and they were able to complete the work, with materials and tip, for $110 a tire. I would absolutely go back!”

“I came in with a flat tire (turns out I had a nail in my tire). When something like that happens, all you want is a quick and easy fix to end the headache of car troubles. When I pulled in, they immediately started examining my tire, identified the nail as the culprit, and did a quick plug of my tire in less than 15 minutes (and for 15 bucks)! The staff was all friendly and I knew I could trust their work. I went 6 months ago and my tire is still going strong. Will definitely be back to Franky's!”

They always have something interesting on the television, complementary coffee, peanuts, and ice cream. Their bathrooms are always really clean. The staff is always so helpful and polite. Above everything else, they are willing to listen to you and make you happy as a customer which if you are a woman means a lot because there are so many auto places out trying to take advantage.”

“I usually have a long wait over an hour due to bringing in a rental that Firestone has to get approval from rental agency before any work can be done. I found out it makes a huge difference to schedule oil change appointments vs just walking in. It tends to be a less wait time when I call ahead. I also had to stop in to get turning signal bulb replaced. They got me in and out.”
“This is a brief review because I am a frequent visitor because this location and the people who work here are so amazing that my purchases alone support the cause - smiling!The customer service is great. The store is also clean, well-stocked, and well-lighted, so you can see everywhere without reading glasses.The employees walk the aisles and offer help if you need it. If you don't, they keep restocking or cleaning, and they are friendly.The savings on gas prices are enough to get back our money we pay annually. The people who come here to get gas are so darn courteous even during the gas shortages.One time, a gentleman saved me after wasps flew out of my gas cap area and stung me when I opened it to pump gas.Anyway, great store, great gas prices, wonderful neighbors. Come out and see their smiles and catch a sale on brand-name shoes and clothes.”

“I ordered some tires online, which I recommend never using Priority Tire, but through that site, I was able to schedule an appointment at this Pep Boys to have the tires installed. So I took off work for the morning of installation & Priority Tire with their awful customer service (ignoring me, rude) were late shipping them out. Now I just have to bring up Priority Tire only because Jesse at Pep Boys personally looked out for my package of tires, personally took the time to reach out to me which she didn't have to do and her and Mr. Allen were so kind and professional to me and I appreciate them and their technicians very much and I highly recommend this particular Pep Boys location.”
“My son had a window regulator break on his chevy cruze. He is stationed in norkfolk for the navy. Being new to the area and not having a clue on where to go for repairs. I googled auto repairs from our home in Chicago and found Bingo close to the NEX. I suggested this place for proximity and the website said they could handle the repair. I am an ASE master certified tech so it was difficult to send our car to a stranger for repair. They repaired the window same day and at a fair price. The employees had been very polite and courteous and sympathetic to the situation my son was in. Bingo will be getting all the work required on our vehicles while there and will recommend them to other military friends and family. An honest and fair automotive repair facility is hard to find when in a pinch. I would without hesitation recommend this shop. He will be using g them from now on while in norfolk. Thank you for treating me son with more than respect.”
