Love the staff here- super friendly and patient. But the self-service kiosk drop been has been down since I can remember. The system itself doesn’t work half the time. Can the manager of this post office please fix this?

Good service, but I’ve had several packages go missing, and filing a claim for their value is very complicated. It’s not the specific office’s fault—it’s just poor work by USPS in general.
