“Wow! What a surprise. It's larger than I thought. I've been driving past for years but needed something nearby today and specifically needed a few plants and some dirt for a project so decided I was coming. I found tons of home decor and garden items inside the small shop as well as a full USPS store open 9-5 Monday-Friday. What?! Andrea was amazing. She helped so much and was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the plants inside and how to care for them. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made it super easy. She also helped us get the right potting soil mix and some tips. Signed up for a rewards account which provides coupons, in-store sales and also some points annually to use in store based on spend. What's not to love?! This may be a new garden fav.”

“This post office is located what one might call in the middle of nowhere, but it is located along Princess Anne Rd. at the southern end of Virginia Beach. From that location, it is about 8 miles from the North Carolina border. When you look at the outside of the place, it looks dated. Although it looks dated, it's not as noticeable as such inside. This post office is small and doesn't have a drive through. Parking is also fairly limited. However, due to the location of the post office, it's usually not that busy. They do close for a lunch break during the day. I can get in and out of here faster than other post offices in the city (such as at the Courthouse or Lynnhaven Pkwy). On this most recent visit, I came in to have a package delivered. After talking with the representative there, she was able to help me pick the best option for shipping. Since I was the only one in there, it was a very personable experience that is rare to find anywhere these days. Overall, this is a nice post office to come to if you don't want to have to worry about lines and waits. Sure, the drive may be a little while for some, but you may wait longer at other post office locations than it is to drive back and forth to this post office. If you are down in the southern part of Virginia Beach and need to go to a post office, this is your place to go.”
“Pretty fast service and kind lady. I was mailing in my passport renewal, and I had forgot to date my check which I already turned in earlier in the day. I came back around 3 hours later after realizing my mistake, the lady helped me locate and open my envelope so I could date my check and helped me tape it back up without any fuss.”
“Although the line can be busy sometimes and depending on when you go in there it can get alittle crowded but the employees are quick and considerate for drop off items to be sent anywhere needed. Tia is a wonderful employee, she always is very kind and helpful when I get up to the counter. 5 stars highly recommended place to send items to wherever needed. Decent pricing on packing supplies also.”
“I just moved into the neighborhood and had to set up keys for a mailbox and hold mail. Both times the PO was BUSY, but i was in and out quickly. The staff is fast at what they do and have been friendly and knowledgeable.”

“It's on a military base so if you do not have a CAC or military ID don't come to this location. There's nothing wrong with this usps other than that. It's meant for our military members who are in school and want to get packages. Use your head, silly.”
“The map location is misleading. There’s no post office here that I saw. Had to keep driving and following base signs to find it but this is the actual address 1225 Gator Blvd, (across the street from the subway/nex home store) so others don’t get lost if you’re new to the area like me. Other than that, the lady at the post office that helped me was so kind and honestly the nicest post office employee I’ve ever encountered. Made my experience super easy and stress free. Only gave 4 stars because of the wrong address and having to go on a hunt for the right location lol”

“Hello this review is for a great gentleman named Kamal I can’t believe he called me today to ease my worries regarding my mail that is hoping around but it’s now making its way to my I thought that was so nice of home I submitted a ticket to find out why I haven’t yet received my priority mail that was scheduled to arrive last week and to get a answer on why has it been hoping around to different distribution centers he explained everything to me and was very clear and he is also very respectful and polite thank you again Mr Kamal.”
“I was at this location a few weeks ago to send a package to my husband who is in the Navy overseas. I really appreciated the help filling out the forms. Chappell(SP?) was an immense help. He was very kind and patient. He and his fellow co-worker moved through the line very fast.”
“So let me start off by saying Stanton Richmond post office (which needs help or shutdown ) lost my package. Crystal Lee from your establishment helped me every step of the way my package was floating around for two months. I finally got a message saying it is gonna be delivered today. Crystal Lee kept her patient with me coached me through everything and just is an all-round wonderful person so this review is honestly for her She is amazing and I hope that the Lord answers all of her prayers. If you have a personal problem be patient but firm but carry respect within your words thank you Crystal Lee.”
