“Always clean and well kept, brightly styled and good selection of various products. Not a fan of the self checkout only option with sales people standing around looking idle but otherwise very nice.”
“My husband and I went here after a lunch date and just got a few random things. The employee who cashed us out was nice and then started to talk about it being like the NFL in the store and that jobs were available (reasonable-ish, she was the sole cashier and the store was busy), but then she started talking about the red carpet and specifically “Caucasians on the red carpet, the blacks on their knees,” and, with peace and love, no idea what she started talking about. My husband tried going along with it until she corrected him because she meant THE red carpet and not whatever was happening in the store and repeated what she said about “caucasians” and “THE blacks.” Her wording was just very bizarre. It was a decent experience that just was very confusing and I feel like someone else could potentially not react in the same confused way we did and have a more adverse sort of reaction ?”
“Easy parking in the plaza. Plenty of items and candies to pick from. Interesting that there is no self checkout out this location. So it was a short wait to be checked out. Over all a good experience.”
“On last Wednesday I visited this store. I knew what I wanted as I had my mind set to get in and out. I was trying to get the attention of a worker, but he didn't hear me. Another worker took care of my concern. The previous worker walked me to the item and got it off of the shelf for me. I got that item and found one more item and went to check my items out. I liked how there were cashiers at the checkout area. My cashier was Ms. Theresa. She was very friendly and helpful!!! From the time I entered the store until I left, I experienced excellent customer service!! “My daughters enjoy this place because of the anime, candy and horror movie stuff. I like it because they sell DVD's that I sometimes can't find or forget about watching certain movies years ago. Got my daughter the original Candyman. Lol”
“Love this place. I got deals. Fabulous stocking stuffers for Christmas. My grandsons loved these little sturdy foot stools that fit their butts perfectly and became just stools. Not foot stools. They can easily transport them from room to room. They use them regularly. My granddaughter uses hers to be up close to her dollhouse and uses it for hours. The employees were awesome.”
