“Could not have had better customer service. They were super friendly and said my wait was about an hour and I think they beat the quoted time. Highly recommend this place.”
“Alestra Automotive did an outstanding job fixing an issue another shop caused during a simple oil change. I picked up my Audi from the other shop with an oil leak, which was incredibly frustrating. Scott got me in quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, and fixed it properly for a very reasonable cost.
The turnaround was just one day, and the car is now running perfectly with no leaks. Professional, honest, and efficient service. I highly recommend Alestra Automotive—especially if you want the job done right the first time.”
“outstanding service from the moment I entered the front door till the moment I left. the employees were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend the laskin road location for all your tire needs.”

“I came in later in the day needing a tire patch, Nathan was very professional and friendly, helping me check in. Issac who checked me out was also very pleasant and helpful. I decided to stay and wait since it would take them until after closing time to finish my patch, and I noticed every single employee was fantastic, all of them treating each customer with the same politeness and charm as myself. On top of the reasonable prices, the service here is truely excellent!”
“i worked in the car business for 10 years prior to joining the navy. i have a high standard for repair shops and i can truly say this has been the most positive experience while servicing a vehicle. they were able to get me in the next day and repaired our wheel fast. he also helped me pick the best tires in our price range, had them delivered and put on all while meeting our time need. thank you for the great customer service!”

“Sean, is by far the best, he took the time to listen to what I was looking for and needed for my Jeep. He came up with a plan that work for me and I was able to work into my budget. They are very professional and helpful at RNR on First Colonial. I can’t ask for a better place, the work is exceptional. Don’t hesitate, stop by and ask for Sean. Highly recommended and appreciated.”
