“No long lines, open isles no crowding. In and out service! A small rearrangement of the shelving has been done. Give the store a new look and seems to have more items!”
“Big Lots has come a long way over the years. Even though they were sold out of what I was looking for, they did show they stocked it and the price was competitive with online prices. Their furniture is very decent and staff has been normally friendly and helpful!”

“UPDATE:their is a new store manager and he is super friendly and always willing to answer questions. Their are several new employees that are super friendly and willing to help. Their is a teenage boy in their with better manners and respect then adults I have seen!!!!!!!!!! used to love going to this store, now it’s horrible to go too. The store is always a complete mess. There is some employees that are completely rude and disrespectful. The manager is completely rude. If u show here something is wrong she just makes comments and disrespectful to her customers. I would rather drive out of my way than to go to this store. The store in fishersville and staunton is so much better. The employees are extremely nice. They don’t act like you’re bothering them if you ask a question. I highly recommend driving to one of them.”

“Staff was friendly, at the time most of the store was on holiday clearance. Sadly the day i was there they were only accepting CARD ONLY i dont know how often this happens but it was very inconvenient i had brought my children to spend their money they had gotten from family for the holidays (im not exactly a rich person). Some items weren't clearly marked and some of the items weren't placed with good signage wether it was included or not (but customers move things as well as their children! ) I did talk with a few staff and they were more than helpful to locate things around!
We would return hopefully not card only and that the holiday's have passed a little straighter (i still mostly blame shoppers or them trying to have alot of merchandise out)”
