“Good prices, clean bathrooms, some selection of Simple Mills and other GF brands. I was surprised to find Cape Cod potato chips, Harmless Harvest Coconut Water. The store was check, well lit and the staff friendly. They had enough registers open when I was there. The Gluten Free options are in at least 3 separate areas in the store making it a little difficult to find. Good selection of fresh produce as well.”

“I had a small payment issue at the fuel station where I wasn't correctly refunded after a prepayment. Teresa in customer service was polite and helpful and referred me to the assistant manager, Hasona. Hasona took the time to listen to my issue and she helped resolve the issue in a timely fashion. This is a great example of the commitment to customer service that Martin's is known for. Thank you Teresa and Hasona for treating me with kindness and respect, and helping resolve the problem.”

“Come in off-peak hours because it's a small store and feels crowded easily. But the staff is great, and the best part is no stupid self checkouts. I can be done my weekly shop in 20 minutes, and the prices are great - especially meat”

“This location needs a remodel like other locations, however the Employees are great & that’s why I keep coming back. They’re always friendly; always greet you upon entering the store & thanking you for shopping with them that day, always willing to help you find what you’re looking for, & they always go above & beyond. I’ve got to give a HUGE shout-out especially to the Assistant Manager Pam, she has the absolute BEST Customer Service Skills I’ve ever seen.”

“Kroger on Arch Avenue has been a stable on the east side of the City of Waynesboro for many many years. Recently, it seems they have done subtle changes to the store and layout. There is a great amount of parking along with a small gas and convenience store in the parking lot. I do think they could use more employees on the the floor but there a couple employees that have been here for years and always available if you need help. Anytime, I'm on this side of town, I use this Krogers.”

“The interior is nice. Prices are very affordable and have many sales. The only thing is that some of the cashiers are slow, but otherwise this is a great place to get gas and groceries.”

“The store is kept up nicely considering you have customers that don't put the product they are not getting back to the right place . Some staff are willing to be helpful. They need to work on recognition. Like when a customer is coming to you for help don't walk the other way , customer's are the reason you have a job”

“I have to give a shout out to the Kroger in Waynesboro VA. I use their pickup service. A few years ago, I occasionally had to wait up to 30 minutes for groceries, but I am happy to say that, in the last year, the groceries have been ready every time!”

“Value for price deserves 5 stars, but it is not perfection.Good location in relation to the interstate, convenience stores and ample cities. Friendly staff. Lots of distractions around the property. Beautiful waterfall and stretch of river.Bunnies, bunnies, bunnies everywhere. Keep your pups on a leash.The sites vary a great deal in size, so check out the map.Wi-Fi is useless, negligible cell signal. Amenities were not kept up all that well, but usable.Would return.”

“The most notable thing to me was how clean the store was, quite impressive. Pricing for a salvage store was a little higher than the salvage stores in Richmond (surprisingly). The staff was friendly and you can find a varied amount of goods here.”
