“We have had wonderful service, always stable at the speed we are paying for. Last night our internet stopped working. Within 30 minutes of calling in to get technical support Darrel arrived. He was very helpful and respectful. Even took off his shoes to not track snow into the house. I leaned alot about the tech at our home and he showed me how it all worked as he made the repair. He had all he needed to make the repair and was done within 30 minutes.”

“Was bracing myself for an unpleasant visit(I'm used to Verizon customer service), but left feeling relieved. Paul was the rep that helped me shuffle through my issues. “Hard to understand the negative reviews from this store in Waynesboro. Just moved here and went to the store. They explained our options and we picked a date to have our options installed. This was a new install. We received a phone call 24 hours out about the install. The technicians showed up on the appointed day and executed the install. The technicians were contractors but a Lumos technician was on site monitoring them the entire time. So far, no issues at all. Internet speed is as requested and the cable channels I ordered are crystal clear. Have not received my first bill yet but will update later if there are any issues. For the stated price, this appears to be a better deal that Comcast or any other cable provider in town. Plus, no contract or a price jump after one or two years.”
