“Had a great experience with the manager who helped us s get new phones and change plans. Walked us through all the options available and helped us pick out the best one for us. He was the only one working in the store and was able to help us and the other customers in the store while we were waiting on updates to load.”
“Because of the major storms in Charlottesville, my power went out, which caused my internet to go out as well and somehow damaged my router. After spending over an hour on the phone with a customer service representative, I was finally told that I could go to the store and exchange the damaged equipment for a new one.
The store closed at 7:00 p.m., and I was given this information at around 6:40 p.m. I immediately drove to the store and arrived right at 7:00 p.m. Although they had every right to close their doors and tell me to come back another day, the employees still took the time to help me exchange my equipment. Another customer also arrived shortly after me, and they were willing to help her as well. They could have easily told both of us that they were closed, but instead, they chose to go above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
I honestly cannot remember the last time I experienced customer service this exceptional. It would have been completely understandable for them to stick to their closing time, especially after what was likely a long day. Instead, they showed patience, kindness, and a genuine willingness to help.
I truly believe these employees deserve to be recognized for their outstanding customer service. They did not have to help us, but they chose to, and that small act of kindness made a stressful situation so much easier.”
