“I have recently had a couple complex issues with my home internet unit and the tech took so much careful effort and patience to help troubleshoot the problem. Then just last week there was a billing mistake and again his friendly patient manner resolved the problem. I have lost the note with his name and can’t remember how to spell it but he’s the interim manager who came from one of the Harrisonburg stores. I’m sure he remembers. I’d like to have his name again so I can write positive public reviews for him and thank him again for his efforts . This is the Waynesboro store next to I-64 at the shopping center with Target etc. I have had excellent service from every tech with other problems, but he was the best.”
