“REAL customer service! My husband and I found Wyatt-Ogg after shopping a few other furniture retailers in the area (we reside in Williamsburg, VA). The store is a 25-minute drive from our house - and was worth every minute!

We purchased a recliner with a lift and received the chair last week. As it was a custom order, I was hesitant to call them because it looks great - but the padding wasn’t as expected.

I’m going to sleep in it for several weeks after shoulder surgery and was very concerned so I called our sales rep, Andrew.

His response was sincere and kind - and our conversation centered around my concerns and discomfort.

Thing is, custom orders are a final sale. But he offered to have his delivery team come out to add padding as needed. WOW. And they did - and it is probably the best example of true, old-fashioned customer service that I have experienced in a very long time.

It’s not just about the deal for them. They want repeat business and it shows.

I want to let you know that this is a real, no “loop-holes” furniture purveyor. In today’s world, it’s something of an oxymoron statement but it really is worth checking them out.

They sell lamps, accent pieces, serious furniture sets, recliners, dining room sets - you name it. Please give them some consideration - you’ll be glad you did!
