She is an absolute gem and to say she is competent would be insulting, as she is the definition and representation of what a real professional in today’s lacking work ethic should be. From the moment I began my journey on my second loan, I knew I did not want to work with anyone else. She answered every single question I had and even my very challenging hypotheticals (which actually came to fruition). She did not hesitate, she did not give me a generic answer, she got down to business and gave me the purest and detailed answers I could possibly think of. She was not an order taker; unlike some other individuals I worked with. She ran through various situations and really put my interest first, in the most genuine manner.
