On the day of the 3 cats’ procedures, the team was very efficient and well organized for check in and check out; the cats did well with their recoveries. “I recently had a small kitten show up at my door. He was very friendly and he didn't belong to any of the neighbors so I decided to give him a home. He had a respiratory illness so I wanted to get him checked out. MRVH were great!! They were able to see him quickly and confirmed he was healthy other than the virus he was fighting. They treated him for that plus gave him a dose of Revolution. Melvin is now a very happy and playful kitten. I really appreciate their care and for fitting me into their, I'm sure, busy schedule. I hadn't needed veterinary services for years now. I am very glad I came to MRVH. They are fantastic!!”

“We had an very nice boarding experience last weekend. The staff there, Kaitlyn and Callie, when we picked the dogs (8 years and 13 years old) up, were great! Callie gave us lots of information on how the dogs behaved while they were there. She complimented them and even paid special attention to the 13 year old to be sure he ate his supplements. They work with your budget and listen to your concerns. They’re very clear when explaining the procedures they recommend as well as the price before doing them. Dr. Kallaway has truly gone above and beyond for my dogs. She carefully reviewed years of prior medical records and took every precaution to ensure my dogs were safe during their recent dental procedure. Her thoroughness, clinical expertise, and dedication are evident in every interaction so far.
Additionally, the pricing at Maple Lane is fair and reasonable, especially compared to other practices in the Harrisonburg area. We happily drive out of town for this level of care.
