“I went here about 2 weeks ago to get my brakes looked at for my 2017 rav4. I had just went to Tire Choice down the road, a place I had been going to for over 2 years. However, they seemed to have had a change in management and the last two times it felt like they were trying to scam me. It is hard being a young female trying to find a trust worthy mechanic/service shop to look at your car. It constantly feels like they are trying to pull a fast one on you. I have grown to be very weary and the instant something feels off I get my car checked somewhere else. So, after they told me I needed almost $3k in work done for all new brakes, rotors, and shocks and couldn’t even explain the diagnosis to me, I told them I am getting it checked somewhere else. So, I went here. Honestly, from the start the owner (I believe that is who I talked to) seemed very genuine, professional, and kind. Said he would inspect my brakes for free and try to get it done between all the other services. Called me back a couple hours later and let me know my front brakes are due for replacement but my back ones are fine (so Tire Choice gave me a false diagnosis thinking I would not even question and pay for it). So, I am very glad I went here to get a second look. They gave me a very reasonable price. My car was ready next day and they reached out multiple times to let me know it was ready. I called back since I was at work to let them know when I can pick it up. And even the tech, at least I believe that is who I spoke to, was very kind as well. Overall it was a great experience. I didn’t feel like they were trying to scam me, they were straight to the point but nice and seemed genuine which is my biggest thing when looking at car mechanic places. It is on the smaller end and isn’t a big chain, but I definitely think I will be going here from now on. Very grateful, my brakes are working great, so thank you.”
“Encountered a really bad tire blowout. Called an hour before close and instead of rude, bitter employees the guys welcomed me in to get a full swap done. Cannot express how customer friendly, and professional the staff was with finding the exact tire I needed at a great price to turn around and have my vehicle road ready in no time. 10/10! Will absolutely be back for any and all other services.”
“David L. has always been our trusted advisor for service at your store, We had a 7AM appointment but April recognized me and greeted me by name. She explained that she could get me signed in and offered her assistance. David subsequently kept me current on the progress with the replacement of the back-up camera.
David and April not only keep us coming back for service, but they create new vehicle sales more than any salesperson. They deliver on value received from CMA and Ford Motor. This is high praise since I came out of sales and marketing.

“Chris, Alex, and Anthony are amazing! They were able to help us out in an emergency that could have ruined our weekend. Friday afternoon and they found out what was wrong after our car felt like it was going to die on the hughway, sent us by Uber to the mall that is only .20 miles away (and brought us back) because I had a problem with my ankle, sourced a part that shouldn't have been findable, and got it installed! They are very friendly, keep an incredibly clean place for any business (look in the restroom!), and provide snacks, coffee, and water. Everyone you meet there is polite and friendly. I felt like we were dealing with the owners instead of employees. They are growing into the Tidewater area. My husband and I highly, highly recommend them.”
