“This store has a large variety of Williamsburg merchandise and souvenirs for both adults and children. The staff was both helpful and friendly. If you want a physical Williamsburg memory (and cannot dig up a cobblestone 😉) this is the place .”

“My kids are 36 and 31... I am now shopping here for my grandchildren who are 3 and 6 years old. I can't believe I've been coming here for over 35 years. I love their selections and enjoy shopping here when I come to Williamsburg.”

“I needed a swimming suit. They had some only in clearance section. I was lucky to find one in my size. And they have nice cargo jeans in girls section. I loved the colors: pink, light/dark blue. They were 30% off. I got one for my daughter. All associates were so friendly and helpful, thank you for this experience.”

“I had an issue getting my gap cash after I made a big back to school purchase for my son . The store is a little over 2 1/2 hours from me so there was no way that I could make a quick trip back to the store. I tried calling the online customer service and they said they were unable to issue my coupons to my account via the website. I called Gap factory yesterday and spoke with an amazing customer service representative named destiny. She let me know that she was new and had just started in March and she was unfamiliar with the situation of the gap cash not loading. This young lady did everything in her power to contact her boss contact her general manager to make sure that I got my gap cash. She couldn’t do anything the first day that I contacted, but she literally followed up with a call the next day and told me that she had a solution to my problem told me that she had a car in store for me they could not mail it out or could not email, but she did provide me with an online Gap cash reward number for what I had spent. Great customer service is so hard to come by. Even if I didn’t get my Gap cash back the way that she went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of was amazing if I could’ve spoke to her boss personally and let her know what a phenomenal employee she is I would have I never do Google reviews, but I made it my mission to leave one tonight. Thank you for everything destiny.”

“I love coming here to shop for my kids’ clothes. They always seem to have some kind of deal or sale going on, which is great for saving money. Even when there aren’t sales, their prices are still very reasonable for the quality you get. The store has a good selection, and I always find something cute and practical for my kids. Definitely a go-to spot for children’s clothing!”

“Excellent and friendly service! This was our first time in the store, and we didn’t know exactly what to expect. But the staff there were super friendly, kind, and helpful. They showed us the ropes and talked a little bit about the brand. The clothes are RIDICULOUSLY cute. We look forward to coming back in the future!”
