You truly can find everything you would be looking for here as well as what you might not. A one stop shop!”

“Yesterday, I took my son back to school shopping. Caleb was our associate that helped us. My son is returning to public school after being homeschooled for a year. He is now 13 and at a point where he is trying to find his own style and not have his mom pick his clothes for him. He did not have a clue where to start and honestly, neither did I! I explained his situation to Caleb. Not only did Caleb take the time to ask my son questions and get to know his likes and dislikes... He took the time to grab multiple styles of pants but he took the time to really check in and see how things were fitting for my child. Having a complete stranger make my son feel like he was important was really telling of the staff you have in your store. There was another young man (unsure of his name, but he was there when we were around 3 pm on August 23, 2022) that really took the time as well to give advice about style and comfort. They helped my child feel "cool" and current and I am beyond grateful. I just really wanted to take the time to give these gentlemen credit where it is due. THANK YOU!!!”

“Great store and good customer service. Love the quality clothes and shoes but it is a little pricey. I dressed my daughter in OshKosh B'Gosh and Carter's clothes when she was young and now I dress my grandkids. Love the neighborhood store atmosphere. It's one of my favourite stores I will go back to over and over again when they have good sales.”

“The optical department is a big plus in the store. The technician is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He offers suggestions and provides options but isn't pushy. With various sales throughout the year, they're certain to have a bargain whenever you stop by.”

“I really like shopping here for my kids clothes and shoes. Sometimes I find really good stuff and sometimes I don’t but it’s like thrifting/ treasure hunting. They also have great sales every month. I bought my son a huge bag of duplo legos (probably $80 worth retail) and it was only $10. I wish their toy section was a little more organized however. I’ve been to a couple OUAC all over the US and some of them have them organized by bins and the outside bins will say what kind of toys are inside. This location really has you digging through and the only thing that is organized is the puzzles/games. I know it must be hard because you have little kids messing it up but a little more care would go a long way. For selling I’ve had mixed experiences. I’ve had great selling days where I make a good amount of money and they take everything (mostly clothes.) My bad experience is driving all the way there and their buying counter is closed. I wish on their Instagram or Facebook they would post “buying counter closed.” Just a heads up would be awesome. I’ve called and been told it’s open and when I get there it’s closed which is very annoying. I don’t suggest for anyone to sell their equipment here if you expect a bigger payout. They buy the item from you and give you a small percentage and have to resell that item and also make a profit and keep prices low for the customers. If you expect to make more money off your stuff sell it yourself on Facebook market place or offer up. Overall a good experience here.”
