She was very professional and she took care of my detailed, time consuming certified mail (3) in an even paced & thorough way, even though in the time I was there 20-25 minutes a few other customers came in. She patiently & sweetly told the customersvwsitung that she will be happy to help them in just a few minutes after she was done with my out mail. This professionalism shown by this young lady working at this UPS store on Monticello ave Williamsburg, reinforced my desire to return to this particular UPS store from now on. “I was visiting the Richmond/Norfolk area on vacation from Austin, TX. The reason was for the major amusement parks in the area. I had bought a lot of souvenirs from the parks that would not fit in my suitcase for the return trip. I was very nervous about shipping all my souvenirs back home because they held a lot of personal value to me. The representative in the UPS Store helped me with exactly what I needed. Sadly I do not remember his name but he was very accomodating. I brought all my souvenirs in a huge mess of a pile but they organized it all & packaged it perfectly. Everything in my package arrived safely & in a timely manner. They packaged it better than I believe I would have, which is great because it seems as if they cared about what was in my package as much as I did. I will definitely be using UPS to ship my packages going forward in the future.”
