“The ladies at TSA precheck were very nice and helpful. I brought in the wrong documents and they helped me figure out how to get the correct ones. If I had one complaint it would be that I would have preferred for them to have an office space with seating. Entering personal information on a computer next to a line of customers with Amazon returns is a bit much. The lady processing my information had to keep raising her voice to talk over all the other people and noise in the print center. That isn't the TSA ladies fault, however. Definitely recommend coming in and seeing them. Just make sure you read the website correctly so you don't make the same mistake I did. ☆☆☆☆☆”
“I was visiting the Richmond/Norfolk area on vacation from Austin, TX. The reason was for the major amusement parks in the area. I had bought a lot of souvenirs from the parks that would not fit in my suitcase for the return trip. I was very nervous about shipping all my souvenirs back home because they held a lot of personal value to me. The representative in the UPS Store helped me with exactly what I needed. Sadly I do not remember his name but he was very accomodating. I brought all my souvenirs in a huge mess of a pile but they organized it all & packaged it perfectly. Everything in my package arrived safely & in a timely manner. They packaged it better than I believe I would have, which is great because it seems as if they cared about what was in my package as much as I did. I will definitely be using UPS to ship my packages going forward in the future.”
“This FedEx drop off store is a great one. I have taken packages in twice and they waited on me quickly with a friendly attitude. Today I took in a Walmart return that Parcel Pro said the QR code from Walmart wouldn't work. This Monticello location in the ACE Hardware shopping plaza took the same code, scanned it and sent it on its way with no problem. The employees were great to work with and from what I saw during my brief wait was they were just as helpful with all of the other customers. If you need to ship something and want an easy experience, try this FedEx store.”
