“I wish I had found them sooner instead of messing around with the big name stores. Had been waiting almost three weeks for an oven and then it was delayed again by Lowe’s. I stopped by on a Thursday evening 20 mins before close and they had the oven available for pick up by Monday. I will deff be going back to them for all other appliance’s going forward. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and helpful as well.”

“My experience with Discount Audio in Winchester was more than satisfactory. Tom was very pleasant and professional, while Craig the technician did a first-class job of hooking up my midrange-subwoofer speakers in my 2010 Ranger XL Regular Cab. Craig spent time with me adjusting the rear sub's before i drove off, and the price that Tom quoted me for the job was the price I paid in the end.
Tom gets right back to you when you send him an email, something many businesses that have online presences do not do to my amazement; I have three website myself. Granted, some people may have had a difference experience, but writing a positive review takes time, and many times very satisfied customers just do not take the time to do so.
There is a waiting area, my job took about two hours, but Craig may have been multi-tasking during that time. I was only charged for the one hour of work. Love the sound of my new audio hook-up, had put Rockford-Fosgates in the front door panels of the Ranger ( they sell this brand also ) and ditched the factory OEM speakers made in Mexico. Going back for another install job this week.
Give them a try. The salesman or men may have had a bad day on some of these reviews. No business is perfect all the time, just has to be most of the time to have hundreds or thousands of satisfied customers.
UPDATE, Nov. 5, 2024: Just had Danny, the installation tech, run USB cable from the new front Rove dashcam to a Rove cigar shaped rear camera, and then, without even asking, Danny hid the front camera's spaghetti wires running from a power outlet and actually hardwired the whole front/rear system to a live-when-ignition-ON fuse!! $400 is more than a fair price for all that Danny did (sweat, skill, hardwire kit) and my new 2021 Forester still looks like a virgin. This guy is one of the best audio techs I have ever had the pleasure to use. So if you have a wiring or power source set-up you are afraid to tackle because of lack of knowledge or a bad back like me, call Discount Audio up and they will give you a quote that will be much to you liking. A+ with 6 Stars, but Google doesn't go that high. Came in at 2:45 on Election Day, and drove away smiling at about 4:10 pm capturing the nasty lady tailgating me all the way to Route 37. He, He, He.”

“They have really tastey fresh made chocolate chip cookies in the bakery.? They pack about 20 up in a container.. this is day 2 and Ive opened it multiple times and the cookies are still soft. They are so good, better than Subways cookies? so thats really good. Not to mention the single served donuts.. my favorite is the white powdered raspberry donut. Heaven!??️They have a clean seafood section with several options unlike a supercenter down the street. I enjoy their salad bar from time to time and I also explore the organic section and appreciate what I find. Im pleased to report the fact that they always have motorized carts available as I have trouble breathing and can not walk long distances.”

“All stores have their downfalls and people who dislike them but this 7/11 is my go to ! They may not have it all and what not but their employees from day shift to night shift always make you feel welcome. If you want to start your day out with a smile on your face stop in and see my favorite cashier for the life of me I can never remember her name but to the older lady that is always in there almost every morning I stop in thank you for always brightening my day as I see you do many others! I am a very big regular at this store just for the fact of how the employees treat you”

“All the workers are very nice all the time, but the drinks are never cold, I just thought I kept getting drinks that they just put in. But now it’s been over a year and I have yet to get one cold drink. I’m not sure the freezer is even turned on or is set very very low.”
“My partner and I stopped at this location roughly around 3am this past Sunday (12/01). We had been taking a project car home. The attendant that was running the location around that time was phenomenal. She assisted us with helping find scissors to get some stuff taken care with the vehicle to get it back on the road. She was incredibly kind and polite.
I just wanted to reach out and thank her for her help and patience while we took care of what we needed with the vehicle to get it running and while we took a short break after driving for 4 hrs with another 3 hrs to go before we got home in MD.
