I was out of ideas on places to go in search of this rare but extremely important part when I seen this little Trye Value Hardware on a hill. I said WTH I might as well give it a try. I bet they will know how to help me. All of the employees were very nice and polite and quick to help me. The one guy took a look at my damaged part and went to the back to look. He came out with a little baggie, opened it up, he’d it up to nine, and with a smile said that was my part. I was and still am overjoyed. They sent me on my way beyond pleased. Excellent customer service! The guy with the dreads saved the day.”

“I had to make an incredible shoutout for several employees at this tractor supply in Winchester. Their customer service has been above and beyond and really made it easier for myself to bring my two pitties in for their pet washes. My girls are both rescues and are so skiddish but with the effort of these employees and staff at this location they open up and warm up so quickly. Some specific names to mention: Tyler Hawes who spent multiple times helping my dogs out and gave them the chance to really have positive experiences in public. He has remembered us each time we go in there and my girls LOVE him! There was another Tyler C., who spent a bit of time to ensure my girls felt safe and welcome!!! Mabel and Cookie seem each time we go to have a better and better experience with each of the staff. The ladies at checkout are also incredible and always be sure to treat my girls with such love and respect! I will be speaking about them to everyone!
