From the outside salesman, guys at the counter, store manager, delivery manager, and even the delivery guys- I've not found another company that can match the great quality of service I get there. As an A rated company on Angie's list I try to conduct my business in such a way as you'll never get a second chance to make a 1st impression. Even the materials delivered on the job site are always in nice neat stacks, all pipe together and looking like someone cared enough to take the time to a good job. “I understand people complain about going to self checkout. They want employees doing it for them. But some of us like self checkout. I didn't appreciate getting my things ripped from my hands and someone else typing my info on the screen when I'm perfectly capable of doing it myself. Maybe start asking customers if they want to be rung up instead of being so intrusive like that. Other than that, Lowe's is a great store. They always have anything you need.”

As I walked through the doors of the showroom I was immediately greeted with smiles. My salesman was Tony Sine for this job & five stars isn’t nearly enough for the top notch service provided. I had very little knowledge about windows and Tony thoroughly explained to my level of understanding for best purchase to meet my window needs. “My husband and I shop here frequently. (its one of our favorite stores}. We buy the supplies for our chickens here regularly,plus for our cats and dog occasionally. The employees are always very friendly and always ask if we need help with anything. Havent seen a rude employee yet. It makes for a great shopping experience. The store is also well stocked and clean,with clean restrooms also.”
