He was assisted by Raini who was also outstanding. When price is the same regardless of what AT&T store you buy from, head for superior customer service. “Amir and Erick are the best workers I’ve ever met in a cellphone store. I was a member of AT&T and their service is complete trash so I wanted to change back to Verizon and these two were so incredibly helpful. I had to pay off my phone with AT&T and not only was the worker there high as a kite but completely not helpful. I figured it out and went back to the comfort and helpfulness of this Verizon store. They were making calls to help figure things out with me and I couldn’t be more grateful. 11/10 because 10/10 isn’t enough”

“Had my screen replaced the same day I took it down there very reasonable on there prices would highly recommend the best part in my opinion is when you call you get a person not a AI assistant and only took about 40 minutes to replace it and it was done”
