“Had my screen replaced the same day I took it down there very reasonable on there prices would highly recommend the best part in my opinion is when you call you get a person not a AI assistant and only took about 40 minutes to replace it and it was done”

“Due to US Cellular switching to T-Mobile, we had to fix our internet and my husband’s phone plan. We were at the store two days in a row due to a phone number issue with the switch but everyone greeted us both days, signed us in, and gave us an estimated wait time. Our representatives were extremely helpful- Zack and Karena. May everyone there always have green lights on their way home from a long work day.”

“Amir and Erick are the best workers I’ve ever met in a cellphone store. I was a member of AT&T and their service is complete trash so I wanted to change back to Verizon and these two were so incredibly helpful. I had to pay off my phone with AT&T and not only was the worker there high as a kite but completely not helpful. I figured it out and went back to the comfort and helpfulness of this Verizon store. They were making calls to help figure things out with me and I couldn’t be more grateful. 11/10 because 10/10 isn’t enough”

“Being a satisfied Boost customer for over 10 years and visiting several stores, I must recommend if you need in store service, please consider stopping by the Winchester Mall Boost Mobile store. The customers service is awesome. Both Alisha and Sean were so polite and very professional. They were helpful in finding the perfect upgrade. As Alisha was reviewing my account to see what kind of upgrade I was qualified for, she informed that my new $200 phone would be $15, I was shocked and grateful. Just two weeks earlier I was in a different Boost Mobile store and was inquiring about an upgrade on my account and was told that I had a 50% discount on a new phone. So thank you Alisha for your honesty and my new phone. So if you're reading reviews to consider becoming a Boost Mobile customer or are one and thinking about upgrading, consider this store.”
