Another family member already got her a phone so I decided to switch carriers again and it was a process! Both Justin and Jamal were right there to walk me through every step! I even had to go back weeks later to straighten out another issue and Justin was able to help me with that as well! I was in and out in five minutes.”

“On 11/2, the wifi went down in the store, so credit cards could not be taken. My cashier was able to suspend my transaction while I went to the bank and came back with cash. She was very helpful and recognized me when I came back in. She didn't make me wait in line for a second time and had another cashier help me right away. When leaving I was just about done unloading my cart when the young man gathering the carts asked if he could take my cart for me. All the employees were so helpful during a situation that was not ideal.”
