“Being a satisfied Boost customer for over 10 years and visiting several stores, I must recommend if you need in store service, please consider stopping by the Winchester Mall Boost Mobile store. The customers service is awesome. Both Alisha and Sean were so polite and very professional. They were helpful in finding the perfect upgrade. As Alisha was reviewing my account to see what kind of upgrade I was qualified for, she informed that my new $200 phone would be $15, I was shocked and grateful. Just two weeks earlier I was in a different Boost Mobile store and was inquiring about an upgrade on my account and was told that I had a 50% discount on a new phone. So thank you Alisha for your honesty and my new phone. So if you're reading reviews to consider becoming a Boost Mobile customer or are one and thinking about upgrading, consider this store.”

“Amir and Erick are the best workers I’ve ever met in a cellphone store. I was a member of AT&T and their service is complete trash so I wanted to change back to Verizon and these two were so incredibly helpful. I had to pay off my phone with AT&T and not only was the worker there high as a kite but completely not helpful. I figured it out and went back to the comfort and helpfulness of this Verizon store. They were making calls to help figure things out with me and I couldn’t be more grateful. 11/10 because 10/10 isn’t enough”

“I had such a wonderful experience at the T-Mobile on Rutherford Crossing! Alexis was absolutely amazing and made the entire process so easy and stress-free. She helped me transfer my account and upgrade my phone, and she was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole experience. Alexis has such a comforting and friendly personality, and she took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. I never felt rushed or confused, and I truly appreciated how helpful and kind she was. T-Mobile is lucky to have someone like Alexis on their team! I highly recommend asking for her if you visit this location. Thank you, Alexis, for making my experience such a great one!”

“Your team at this store is so friendly, helpful , and approachable. I really appreciate Justin's help. Im on my moms phone plan but I live far away from her so having someone who is kind, helpful, and knowledgeable right near me that I can rely on is great. I've used their services at this store on multiple occasions. Thanks so much AT&T!”

“This location provides AMAZING customer service! I was extremely impressed, especially with the employee who helped me, Konia. I’m a foreigner and my English isn’t very strong. My phone is also not a US device, and I came in because I needed to set up a phone number. Konia was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain things to me and kept trying different ways to help until we finally got everything working and I was able to activate my number. I truly appreciated her patience and willingness to help. Every step of the service was excellent, and she made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier. Konia absolutely deserves to be recognized as an outstanding employee! Thank you so much for your wonderful service! ❤”

“We were longtime AT&T customers, but frustrated. Was looking for a change. Varun (I really hope I spelled your name right!) was absolutely amazing. He helped my fiance and I get set up with brand new phones quickly and got us a significantly lower bill then what we were paying before. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service!”

“Stopped in here whilst on vacation to grab a couple of things for our house, and was surprised by the large selection. The fresh fruit and vegetable area was quite large, as was the bakery. I was able to find everything I needed very quickly and the store was very clean. Only complaint was that there was no pumpkin beer but I'm sure it was due to the fact that it was late August and not closer to fall. Would return if in the area!”
