“I just stumbled upon Solely Comfort footwear in the creekside shopping plaza and WOW! They had amazing customer service, a HUGE selection, and a ton of items of clearance. The staff were super knowledgeable, the store was super clean, and they’re having a sale right now on all in stock footwear, which is great. “Exceptional customer service. I have wide feet and more inflammation lately. I'm also not a runner, but the sales associate (Chance) quickly saw that I would do best in men's sizes. He was the most helpful associate I've ever encountered in a shoe store. I am usually indecisive and can't always tell whether a shoe fits well, but Chance had me walk around so he could watch my stride, and he could tell whether a shoe was right the moment I put it on. I walked away with two shoes -- one for the gym (more stability) & one for walking (more cushion).
A couple years back, my Altra shoes tore through within a couple months (due to my wide feet), and while their return policy didn't allow for a return, they went out of their way to contact the company and ship me another shoe at no cost.”
