“Terrific 5 star service! This morning, I had a screw in one my tires and needed a patch. I called and was told to come up and let them inspect the tire. They were able to fix it in about 20 minutes and I was in my way. The manager Paul was very courteous and professional, as was my technician Ethan who did a rapid and flawless tire repair.
I have always had VIP service at this NTB which is why when I need anything tire related, they are my first and only call.

“In a world where you are lucky to get even mediocre service, I had a fantastic experience at Jiffy Lube.
The plastic cowl/underbody panel on the front of my vehicle had come loose and was dragging on the ground after being damaged in a parking lot. I stopped in hoping they could help secure it so I could drive safely without it scraping.
The team went above and beyond. Instead of just doing a quick temporary fix, they took the time to properly reattach it with new clips and got everything secured back into place like it should be. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me out.
It's refreshing to find a business that takes pride in customer service and is willing to go the extra mile- pun intended. The staff was courteous, efficient, and had me back on the road in no time. Based on this experience alone, I wouldn't hesitate to return for future vehicle service needs.

I had an incredible experience with this tire service company that I will never forget. I was traveling from South Carolina to Pennsylvania when I ran into a serious issue with my front tires. I pulled in hoping for a miracle—but the shop was already closed for the day.
To my surprise and absolute gratitude, they actually reopened the shop just for me. They saw I was in a tough situation and didn’t hesitate to help. Within 15 minutes, they had both of my front tires changed and had me safely back on the road. Their speed, professionalism, and genuine kindness blew me away.
On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the fact that they stayed late just to take care of me. These are the kind of people you hope to meet when you’re far from home and in a bind—honest, hardworking, and truly compassionate.
They were an absolute godsend, and I cannot recommend them enough. If you ever need tire service—especially when it matters most—this is the team you want in your corner.”

“Very friendly and will go over with you what is needed before repairs are done. They will take you in the garage and show you the problem. Always talks to the owner of the car not to the person that asks the question. I called when the dealer told me I had a coolant leak after it was fixed.
