“I have been a member of NFCU since 1980. I have been a customer with barely 2 Pennie's to rub together, one whose credit was maxed out, and one with financial security. NFCU WAS SIDE by side with me the entire time. I have overdrawn my checking account, purchased a 60,000.00 SUV and taken out a 20k signature loan without ever leaving my home. And I was treated the same regardless of my balances (Or lack there of!). Hands down the most professional and courteous staff I have ever dealt with. They are with me wherever I go. If you are not a member of Navy Fed, I am sad for you!”

“I admit that the service leaves a lot to be desired! But blame the corporate CVS. if there were enough people to answer all the phone calls, fill the RXs, give needed assistance to customers, give shots, talk to the Doctors, need I say more. Corporate persons just keep adding more responsibilities and hiring competent people is almost impossible. I've been a customer for many years and yes, I get infuriated. Instead of doing nothing except voicing disapproval CALL C V S HEADQUARTERS AND TELL THEM IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. !!! Nobody wants to work understaffed.”

“I had an issue with a mobile deposit I had made. It was my first time using it and I received an email staying the funds would be available the next business day. When I checked the next day I was told they would not be available for 8 days! I called my local branch and was told to come in. Matt the manager and Lauren Custer greeted me and took me into the office. Within minutes they resolved my issue and my funds were available immediately. The customer service here is second to none. They resolved this immediately for me. I look forward to doing business with people that truly care about you!!! Thanks!!”

“This Martin's location is the best in town. One weekends it tends to be quite busy but our family still prefers this location the most. With very effective lighting and helpful employees, shopping here is very easy for us. Even though it can get quite busy, usually nothing is sold out. We prefer Martins for most of our groceries over Walmart and Aldi. Very good prices on groceries as well as their gas station.”
