“They were kind enough to let us park our truck in their lot overnight, and we truly appreciated it. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole experience. We initially received the wrong caliper, but they immediately tracked down the correct one and exchanged it without any hassle. Excellent customer service all around. Thank you again — NAPA know how! lol”

“Blane is the absolute best! He installed my car battery in the rain! It was not a simple install, I have a 2015 Chevy impala and it had like 10 different nuts that had to be removed before getting the battery out. THEN he had to take off the connector THEN replace it all! Job well done! Let me remind you, IN THE RAIN! Very knowledgeable 19 year old RESPECTABLE kid! The young lady there with him that evening was also pleasant and helpful assisting an elderly man to his vehicle IN THE RAIN! Thanks again! Much obliged...”
