“On July 4th I had to get a new battery. Dave had the battery waiting when I pulled in the parking lot. Installed it in less than 30 minutes. Today I went in for a wiper blade replacement. They didn’t have the right one but will have it for me tomorrow. Everyone I have ever dealt with at this location has been super helpful and friendly. I’m so grateful for all of you.”

“This is my second time using Caliber. The first time was my wife’s RAV4 and they did an excellent job. This time was my 4Runner and I only trust THIS specific Caliber as I’ve known them since before caliber purchased them. So I picked up my truck and after a few days I noticed a lot of orange peel in the rear hatch and the tint was stretched. I called them back and they asked me to bring it back and they’d have the tint replaced and the orange peel buffed out. The following day I was told the lead painter wanted to just respray the hatch to do it correctly. I picked it up a few days later and it was corrected and a perfect repair. I can’t speak highly enough about Caliber Collision Smithfield!! You won’t be disappointed!!”
