Yesly had such a kind attitude while using her knowledge to get the best plan for me. She saved me a lot of money as I was originally going with a plan that wouldn't suit my needs/ paying way too much monthly. Shes awesome and to be cooped up at work, on a beautiful Saturday, she had great energy!

Deyvi tried his best to get our problem resolved. It was an AT&T issue, not a store issue. Deyvi attempted multiple solutions but nothing worked. We came back today and he phoned customer service and they could not solve the update problem either.
