They are quick and reliable while continually doing an excellent job, and are patient in answering your questions to make sure you understand and are comfortable in the work being done every step of the way.
Wayne took time out of his busy day to help my teen assess a used car to see if it was worth buying, and showed him all the reasons why he didn’t recommend it, along with things to look for when car shopping.

“My daughter stopped for a oil change & tire rotation. She called me saying swing by for a few. I was in the area and I talked to Mr.Ronaldo. He took me to her car & showed me her front tire. It had a bubble about half the size of a golf ball. I told her you're about to have a blow out. A new tire was purchased along with a front end alignment. My only regret was leaving the store before thanking the tech that had found a major issue with the tire. Well done Ronaldo.”

“Honest!! If you are seeking a car mechanic with integrity, look no further. We had agreed on a repair price and when we went to pick up the car, Frank said it was cheaper because he found the part cheaper. He passed the savings to us when he didn't have to do that. He was cheaper than a station we had been using for decades with a preferred customer discount. Really nice people!”
“Regular customer at this location! After several visits I decided to write a review considering the consistency of service that I receive. Took my son to get 4 new tires. Kevin checked me in after scheduling an appointment with Giavony the previous day. We were late for the appointment due to a blow out, and communicated this with the team. The response was no worries and checked us in upon our arrival. The establishment was clean and we were greated as we walked in the door. Kevin was ready for our business. During the installation we got a call with some concerns and guidance which was quickly resolved and a pick time was given. We returned to pick up the car and Aim processed us out with the same professionalism and courtesy that I normally receive when I have to visit NTB. Thank You all again and when tmaintenance calls I will be back.”
“I've had nothing but great experiences at Gabe's! The people are nice, honest, and thorough. The waiting room is clean and bright. They offer a shuttle service. They warn me about things that will need servicing soon and don't try to convince me to let them perform needless services like the dealerships do. They always have services completed in the time promised. Selfishly, I do wish they were open on weekends, but from an employee standpoint, it's wonderful that they have weekends off. Highly recommend!”

“I can’t say enough about how amazing Interstate Battery was when I needed help the most. My car broke down unexpectedly in their parking lot, leaving me stranded and stressed. Not only were they professional and helpful, but they also went above and beyond.
They diagnosed the issue right away and gave me a solution. They even checked a couple of other things and assured me my car was in good shape and the issue could be resolved. A failing alternator was the problem.

“We have been going to Caton’s, a family-owned business for over 25-years and with good reason, highly competent mechanics who will fix the problem the first time correctly.
This establishment is the epitome of old-school customer service who prioritize quality-of- work.
You will be treated fairly, and unlike some chains, they will not attempt to upsell you a service or part that is not needed. They will take the time to clearly explain the issue, repair options and provide a detailed quote.
All repairs are verified by the owner or his shop manager. We have never had to take a vehicle back because they failed to resolve the issue. On the one occasion a part failed (manufacturer defect), they replaced it immediately without question.
