I came to this location and was helped by Sandra who cared for our concern and referred me to the Manager Antony Bonilla. He took urgency on our request and demonstrated care for our issue. He solved our issue and took care of everything immediately. Both demonstrated resolve and expertise I appreciate their help and hope they get recognized. Unfortunately not all branches have people of their caliber working at their bank.”
“I called to see if I could come in same-day to open a new account for my minor child. They did not have any appointments available, but were able to squeeze us in for mid-day with the manager. The process went smooth and the manager was super nice. The entire process took about an hour or less, and was overall very positive. And, my teen came away with a new account, as well as a lollipop, LOL.”

The front door gets a lot of action. Yet seemingly there is always a space in their smaller parking lot. Service here is fast and the staff seems at least educated in their policies and procedures. “I was initially worried about visiting this place because of the low ratings, but my experience turned out to be great! "Zara," the staff member greeted me and my daughter warmly, making us feel very comfortable. She helped us with opening a checking account, saving options, and answering all of our questions with patience. Later, another staff member assisted me and my daughter, but I felt like she wasn't too happy with all the questions I had. The other staff members helped me and my daughter open our accounts, but unfortunately, the debit cards didn’t arrive. However, when I went back because my debit card hadn't arrived, Zara was there again and helped me thoroughly. She not only assisted with my issue but also kindly asked if my daughter had received her debit card. When she hadn't, Zara took the time to explain how she could get it. Excellent customer service!”
