“Inventory could be better. Worker stated w.e boxes the open that day or night is the only thing counted for, when there could be more there in the back.
Sometimes a customer is coming in the store and knows exactly what there want and are looking for.
The way most of the northface store operate the same way, outlet or not. And that's a problem. Food those prices put everything out and don't destroy the boxes.
Put more Inventory out especially footwear. Please get it together!”

“Visited Ayna Modest Boutique at Potomac Mill Outlet with my wife yesterday. She tried on a few outfits and inadvertently left her ring in the fitting room. We realized this after leaving and immediately called. Even though the store was closed, our call was forwarded to their Tysons location. They swiftly communicated with the Woodbridge staff, who had found the ring and kept it safe for us. Picked it up this morning. So grateful for their honesty and efficiency. “In the past few months we have tried the crispy chicken sandwiches, the Tuscan chicken, the Cuban sandwich, and Sheila’s chicken and avocado salad and all have been delicious. The cheesecakes are as good as they have always been, but the size of the cheesecakes have been cut in half of what they used to be and for a $10+ cheesecake, that’s uncalled for.”
