“If you want Ritz Carlton customer service and great quality furniture, this is the place. I’ve never been to Bobs until today. And I don’t know who Bob is but he should be proud of his staff. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Mohammed. Well groomed, smelled nice, very knowledgeable, and very helpful! He reeked professional!!!!!! He is the type of person that makes you buy something because of his customer service. He wasn’t robotic or salesy. He listened to my needs and pointed me in that direction. I walked out happy. He was so patient explaining all the different mattresses and bed frames and how the comfort level would work for each person. There were many bed frames to choose from but he helped me to narrow it down to what would be best for my family’s sleep pattern/ likes and dislikes. Mazhar is extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind which gave me comfort in knowing that the right purchase would be made and I appreciate that. “Overall it was a nice clean environment. It’s a little hard to navigate inside the store based on the maps they provided and since it was my first visit I wasn’t familiar with the store or what to expect. It was a Monday and not many people were there including store employees to answer questions. We had lunch there and the food was a good value. We did end up buying a chair. I’m sure I will return.”
