The girl who works in that store, is very bitter and aggressive, if she doesn't like that job, maybe that job is not for her, I won't go back to that store

The service was good a year ago. The current staff, after reading other people's comments, should not laugh at customers, but should classify them into different levels. I think it's because we are not good enough?
