I dropped the car at 9:55, did the check in and by 11:30, the car was ready for pick up. I saw a lot of not so great reviews so I was an but anxious… but my ultimately my first experience was a 10/10.”

“We have been going to Caton’s, a family-owned business for over 25-years and with good reason, highly competent mechanics who will fix the problem the first time correctly.
This establishment is the epitome of old-school customer service who prioritize quality-of- work.
You will be treated fairly, and unlike some chains, they will not attempt to upsell you a service or part that is not needed. They will take the time to clearly explain the issue, repair options and provide a detailed quote.
All repairs are verified by the owner or his shop manager. We have never had to take a vehicle back because they failed to resolve the issue. On the one occasion a part failed (manufacturer defect), they replaced it immediately without question.
