“We had been using the Costco pharmacy in Springfield but decided to drop off a prescription at the Costco in Potomac Mills since it was more convenient. When dropping off the prescription, the person who took the prescription, Theresa, noticed that the strength of the medication was higher than previously provided so she called our physician who admitted that it was a mistake and reduced the strength. Theresa went above and beyond to help us, and she did so with such a charming personality. I'm sure that we will now be using only the Potomac Mills Costco pharmacy, thanks to Theresa.”

“My mother had bought hearing aids from a different Costco location and got terrible service. However, she moved near the Woodbridge location, and it was like night and day. The staff at the Woodbridge location were kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. They were very patient with my mother, who was also severely visually impaired. She was much happier after seeing the staff at Woodbridge.”

“Got a few sets put on by them over the years and never had an issue. They do get busy, but the wait times haven't been too bad. Today I had a 10am appointment, they had it done by 11am. Balancing was on point and the ride with the new tires is great.”
“These guys were awesome changing my tires. Took about an hour. I was impressed they actually used a torque wrench on my aluminum wheels like shops should instead of an impact wrench. I would have given them 10 stars if it was possible.”
