Jon was excellent to deal with, very helpful but my new S23FE I bought direct from Samsung has been nothing but frustrating. Two days, three trips to the store, and I'm still having issues and traveling for ten days. Five stars to Jon, two for the 23.

Troy was absolutely amazing. He helped with transferring over my iPhone 11 to the 15. I would highly recommend coming to this store and working with him. I would give him 10 stars if I could!
