Jon was excellent to deal with, very helpful but my new S23FE I bought direct from Samsung has been nothing but frustrating. Two days, three trips to the store, and I'm still having issues and traveling for ten days. Five stars to Jon, two for the 23.

Breanna is amazing!!! She was so friendly, courteous and made us feel like we were the most important customers. Cycle City will be doing all of our Verizon purchases with Breanna, she runs a smooth store. I can not say enough good words about her. Thank you Breanna, Susan James/ Cycle City!!!

Troy was absolutely amazing. He helped with transferring over my iPhone 11 to the 15. I would highly recommend coming to this store and working with him. I would give him 10 stars if I could!
