Precision Auto Works is the place to go! Adrian and the staff are knowledgeable, honest, courteous, and polite. Honestly, I cannot recommend Precision Auto Works more! My first experience with Precision Auto Works was on a holiday, and my car had to be towed to their shop. I suspected a more expensive repair was needed, The guys at Precision Auto Works could have let this woman believe that and bent me over the barrel. But, that’s not what they did. They were honest and performed the needed repair for a fair price.
That positive experience should have had me return for my oil changes too but that’s not what I did. I chose the right now-convenience of a national chain whose staff couldn’t be bothered to tell me I had headlight out! When I pretended to just notice that it was out they begrudgingly acknowledged it was. Not knowing the female customer before him was the one who last replaced the headlight bulb, that national chain-staff member then pretended to try and replace the bulb. It was too “difficult” a repair and the national oil change staff member declined the repair. Yeah they do oil changes, but previously had no problem replacing my “broken” license plate light. Anyway, I went to the auto parts store, purchased the bulb and discovered during my travels, I had misplaced the socket needed to replace the bulb. I called Precision Auto Works. They were able to fit me in the same day, agreed to use the bulb I had just purchased and replaced it for me lickety split. And, Precision Auto Works did the job with no dishonorable service charges or dishonorable professional conduct simply because the customer before them was a woman. They don’t know it yet but Precision Auto Works will now be getting the $ for my future oil changes too!

“I was having problems with my oil light flickering. Called and although they were very busy, they had me bring my car in. They determined that the oil pressure sensor was bad and replaced it. The whole experience was seamless and quick. I’m so appreciative of the fact that they fit me in same day I called. Highly recommend.”

“My precious 2005 Honda Accord, Betsy, has just hit 408K miles. I commute from Mountlake Terrace to Arlington almost daily. I was on my way into work on Monday and noticed my battery light was flickering off and on. We figured out that my alternator was going bad. Not wanting to be stranded in Arlington or taking the risk to drive it too far, called B&T and they were able to squeeze me in the same day.
