“I was rear ended and needed to get the damages repaired. The insurance adjuster for the gentleman who hit me recommended Caliber Collision and so did my insurance company. Michael was able to provide an estimate that the insurance adjuster was also able to have and he took the time to explain next steps and the process that was going to happen. My car was scheduled for the next week and Caliber was in contact with me through texts with progress updates and even able to keep the insurance adjuster and the car rental company informed so I didn't have to worry about I ut anything. They were able to finish repairs faster than expected too. This was my first accident in 35 years of driving and I was so afraid of how long and time consuming it could have been. Caliber Collision staff were very clear and patient with me. They helped me through something that was new and overwhelming by making it easy for me to have my car repaired. If I ever need Collision damage repairs in the future, they would be my first choice. Highly recommend them.”

“My new Lexus IS350 was rear ended in a parking lot that left damage on my left rear panel and bumper. Pablo and his team quickly accommodated time for me to bring my car in and made the entire repair process stress free. Pablo is incredibly passionate about his work and truly takes care of your car like it's his own. He emphasizes attention to detail and checking things literally inch by inch and not letting it leave the shop until it is PRISTINE unlike all the other shops out there that just want you in and out quickly. He worked with my insurance State Farm and fought to get OEM parts for the repair. Insurance loves to try to cheap out and get aftermarket bumpers to save money but Pablo made sure that every single part came directly from the manufacturer. Communication was 10/10 and he keeps you in the loop about everything. My car came out looking more brand new than the day I bought it. I thought they were, they just contact cards to them so don't hate them! Also don't hate them because Brandon is super nice and helpful and checked to see why my a/c went out n didn't even charge me for that. He was very honest n told me it wasn't the free on, cause I had plenty, it was the compressor. He explained how he came to that conclusion simply and was very informative in a way anyone could understand. In in between jobs at the moment and he was nice enough to explain the whole pricing and told me how I could cut the cost a bit and was even willing to discount me! I feel terrible that I thought they were in cahoots with carhop! Not only are they not, but this place is ETHICAL, and we all know how rare that is with ANY business these days, and especially in their line of work! Almost unheard of!! I highly recommend Sound Radio with 5 stars for any car repair service you need! I also didn't realize all the different services they have for fixing cars.. USE THEM!”

“I lent a vehicle to my son to use while he is living in Auburn going to college and he experienced a broken driveshaft. Freddy and his crew were friendly, responsive, and tried hard to keep our bill down by finding the part my son needed through suppliers who could get it to us used in fine condition instead of new. This also saved us time. When Freddy discovered the supplier had sent the part damaged, probably during shipping, he called me immediately and had already researched another supplier who could get the part to us within the week. This was a hard to find part because my son's vehicle is manual transmission and an older model. Not only did Freddy act promptly and keep me informed about the progress, but he and his mechanic stayed late on a Friday evening to get the work done so my son could get back on the road and not miss more class and more flight training (he's in flight school in Renton and was grounded until the vehicle was roadworthy again). Freddy was courteous and kind. We appreciate Auburn Drivetrain!”
“I've always had good experiences working with Les Schwab. Their free tire repair, well priced tire options, and warranties keep me coming back.
This experience was nothing short of Customer Service at it's best! My car had a damaged tire and I needed it replaced before my road trip over the Labor Day weekend. I went in thinking they would order the tire and next week I would get it installed. No, they got it in by 11:00 am and by Noon me and my car were out of there.
Peter, Parker, Mary, and Kellen (the manager) took very good care of me. They gave me options and advice on how to best handle my situation. I have hope that the spirit of Customer is still alive and well, at least in this Les Schwab location. For that, I am truly Grateful!”

“I had emailed John earlier in the summer and we had gone back and forth a bit. I didn’t know exactly what my truck needed, I just knew it was getting worse. Then my situation changed and I needed my truck fixed enough to where I could drive it back and forth to Montana. My mom’s health had taken a turn for the worst. So I called the shop and left a message just to get back to me, the next business day, which was Monday, John got back to me, let me know he had been quite busy the first part of the summer and had gotten another employee so they were getting rocking and rolling. He apologized for not communicating very quickly at first and asked if I wanted to bring my truck in on Wednesday or Thursday,…I let him know I was in bit of a situation, told him about my mom and that I was really hoping to to get it in sooner. In my opinion, this is where these guys are rock stars, he said no problem, get it in here today or tomorrow, whichever is easiest for you and we’ll take a look. Had it in there a few minutes before closing, told me they would check it out the next morning and call with what they had found, called the next morning told me what it needed, I told him to do the fixes, it was done by early Thursday. Picked it up at the end of the day on Thursday and drives beautifully. It was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but isn’t everything these days anyway? The fact that he was able to get me in that same day was a huge shocker. Anyway, John and his crew are awesome, did a fantastic job for me, and I swear it was in record time!…. I will be using them for any upgrades or repairs I need for my truck in the future. His ability to get me in and out and back on the road is appreciated so much more than they can know!
