“I don't normally do reviews unless im overly impressed with the quality of service. I have 2012 GMC Sierra that had eye sore damage in a very unusual area on the back corner part of the cab. Collision 1 in Auburn Washington did an amazing job fixing my truck. They went above and beyond my expectations. I thought about buying a new truck because of the damaged area that it was in. but, who can afford a new vehicle these days? So i decided to spend $8,000 to fix my truck in lue of $80,000 for a new one. Brandon is the manager there. A very straight up honest guy. He shows his excitement to fix your car the minute you meet him. His whole team there are professionals and do exceptional work. Leadership has alot to do with that. When I got my truck back today I felt like I had bought a brand new truck again minus being in debt for $72,000. Thank you Brandon and the whole team at Collison 1. You all earned my loyalty in the future.”
“I highly recommend Del Toro. We needed a new car ASAP. We bought our last car from Del Toro a few years ago so we knew they were great people. We worked with Rebecca and she was WONDERFUL! She was not at all overbearing. In fact, just the opposite. She showed us cars that fit our needs and price range. We found a great car and got an unbelievable low interest rate. The entire car buying process from test drive to leaving took less than 3 hours. See if that happens at a big dealership. It won't. We drove an hour and a half to go to Del Toro and we will do it next time we need a car as well.”

“I go for the new one and immediately the mileage has been improved by 20% for my Honda Accord. The job was not smooth at first, because a warning (TCS) light was shown on the dashboard, however the team helped reset it with their scanner tool. The manager, David is easy to work with and problem solving oriented. One suggestion, if the battery is new, I would expect a manual and proof of new batteries are in the enclosure, that makes the purchase a peace of mind. It is not available.”

“My new Lexus IS350 was rear ended in a parking lot that left damage on my left rear panel and bumper. Pablo and his team quickly accommodated time for me to bring my car in and made the entire repair process stress free. Pablo is incredibly passionate about his work and truly takes care of your car like it's his own. He emphasizes attention to detail and checking things literally inch by inch and not letting it leave the shop until it is PRISTINE unlike all the other shops out there that just want you in and out quickly. He worked with my insurance State Farm and fought to get OEM parts for the repair. Insurance loves to try to cheap out and get aftermarket bumpers to save money but Pablo made sure that every single part came directly from the manufacturer. Communication was 10/10 and he keeps you in the loop about everything. My car came out looking more brand new than the day I bought it. I highly recommend this AFFORDABLE shop to anybody that has a car they treat like their baby. They will take care of you.”

“Can't say enough! Excellent work, excellent people!! Excellent prices, honest and explain whatever you need to know, who can you say that about in the automotive or mechanic business?? Yeah, exactly. I've already gotten several people to use them and they love them too! Sometimes if your lucky they can take your car in right away, or you might have to wait a few days or until the beginning of the following week but they're not like weeks or months out cause they're quick.

“I met Steve and his team at Carbs Unlimited with the first car I brought to them. It was an older car that no one could get running right. Steve scheduled an appointment which it seems no one does with classic cars and kept me informed every step of the way finding the most reasonable solution always putting me first. After working with several shops and going through problem after problem, I finally landed on a shop I trust. They now have my second classic and the experience keeps getting better. If you want an honest shop that does great work, look no further. You won’t find a better one, trust me.”
“Easy experience. TBH I did not shop around too much, nor inspect or grill them on the work. As a Honda/import specialist and given decent reviews, I trusted their work. I simply emailed asking for an estimate to replace all four brakes/rotors and do the timing belt service on my Ridgeline. Of course their price was way less than the dealer on both, and less than another shop on the brakes as well. They were able to clean up a brake caliper instead of replacing it (two shops said it would need to be replaced); that saved $300. And they had time for me within the week. Final cost was as quoted and work was done on time.”

“I can’t say enough good things about EG Motors. I brought my 2021 Ram 1500 to them after getting an estimate from the dealership for close to $10,000 in repairs. I was honestly frustrated and worried about putting that much money into my truck, so I decided to get another opinion.
EG Motors took care of everything my truck actually needed for around $4,000, including replacing both cracked exhaust manifolds and addressing the cooling system/radiator issue. They even showed me the old parts afterward so I could see exactly what had failed.
From beginning to end, the experience was excellent. They were honest, extremely quick, reasonably priced, and communicated with me throughout the process. The customer service was amazing, and I never felt like I was being pressured or sold repairs I didn’t need.
Most importantly, my truck is now running great and I finally feel confident that the issues have been properly taken care of.
