“My new Lexus IS350 was rear ended in a parking lot that left damage on my left rear panel and bumper. Pablo and his team quickly accommodated time for me to bring my car in and made the entire repair process stress free. Pablo is incredibly passionate about his work and truly takes care of your car like it's his own. He emphasizes attention to detail and checking things literally inch by inch and not letting it leave the shop until it is PRISTINE unlike all the other shops out there that just want you in and out quickly. He worked with my insurance State Farm and fought to get OEM parts for the repair. Insurance loves to try to cheap out and get aftermarket bumpers to save money but Pablo made sure that every single part came directly from the manufacturer. Communication was 10/10 and he keeps you in the loop about everything. My car came out looking more brand new than the day I bought it. I highly recommend this AFFORDABLE shop to anybody that has a car they treat like their baby. They will take care of you.”
“I don't normally do reviews unless im overly impressed with the quality of service. I have 2012 GMC Sierra that had eye sore damage in a very unusual area on the back corner part of the cab. Collision 1 in Auburn Washington did an amazing job fixing my truck. They went above and beyond my expectations. I thought about buying a new truck because of the damaged area that it was in. but, who can afford a new vehicle these days? So i decided to spend $8,000 to fix my truck in lue of $80,000 for a new one. Brandon is the manager there. A very straight up honest guy. He shows his excitement to fix your car the minute you meet him. His whole team there are professionals and do exceptional work. Leadership has alot to do with that. When I got my truck back today I felt like I had bought a brand new truck again minus being in debt for $72,000. Thank you Brandon and the whole team at Collison 1. You all earned my loyalty in the future.”

“Can't say enough! Excellent work, excellent people!! Excellent prices, honest and explain whatever you need to know, who can you say that about in the automotive or mechanic business?? Yeah, exactly. I've already gotten several people to use them and they love them too! Sometimes if your lucky they can take your car in right away, or you might have to wait a few days or until the beginning of the following week but they're not like weeks or months out cause they're quick.
Highly recommend but I get afraid if too many people find out about them the wait'll get long! Lol”

“Several friends and family members have owned and still own a Subaru, and the quality and safety have been amazing. My father was in an accident while swerving to miss a deer. We believe the airbags under the steering wheel are the reason he sustained only minor injuries. We are very thankful and trust Subaru. My older sister's first car was a Subaru, and her second one as well. My aunt's father was a Subaru mechanic for many years. She grew up driving Subarus. When she had children, they all drove Subarus. and still do to this day. Plus, we have found a WONDERFUL Subaru salesperson who we bought our first and second Subaru from and won't use anyone else. RAIRDON'S SUBARU OF AUBURN. Her name is Van. She helped me pick out my first Subaru. She was so helpful, and when my father was in an accident, and we needed to purchase a new one We only wanted to have her help us. She has been nothing but an amazing salesperson from start to finish and everything in between.”

“Easy experience. TBH I did not shop around too much, nor inspect or grill them on the work. As a Honda/import specialist and given decent reviews, I trusted their work. I simply emailed asking for an estimate to replace all four brakes/rotors and do the timing belt service on my Ridgeline. Of course their price was way less than the dealer on both, and less than another shop on the brakes as well. They were able to clean up a brake caliper instead of replacing it (two shops said it would need to be replaced); that saved $300. And they had time for me within the week. Final cost was as quoted and work was done on time.”

He didn't mind me watching how he did it which even impressed the more. We even joked and talked a little as he explained the process. He quoted me a far price and is a family local owned business. “Even though it was a nightmare, I am giving these guys 5 stars. I see bad reviews on here for transmissions, well, I got a transmission rebuild here, on an F350. The truck did have to go back a few times. Freddy stuck with it. I don't think it's the shops fault if components fail. It us working great now, no issues. Each time it went back, they got to work on it, and resolved the issue. These guys don't charge as much as other shops and they seem way more friendly than other places. If I had stayed in washington, Freddy would be my mechanic for everything. He even fixed my shifter!!! Haha I didn't ask for it, but it's nice to have it. I really do appreciate Freddy being professional and standing by his warranty.”

“I was looking around for the new frontier, I spoke with several sales associate and sales managers from multiple dealers in WA. Out of them all Rafael and his Sales Manager Dennis, were extremely helpful and professional. Rafael did what all the others said they would do, but didnt deliver. He looked around all over for the exact truck I wanted, he kept me up to date and when he found the one, he reached out to me. Even when I told them I wouldn't probably be able to buy for a couple weeks that didnt stop him. When I showed up at the dealer to finally purchase it, everyone was fantastic. The energy they all brought was genuine care and professionalism. They were all so nice and eager to help in anyway they could. Great customer service.
My only complaint was how long it took to sign and get out of there, but I can understand on a weekend they were busy, and I believe understaffed.
