“I’ve been coming to this 7-Eleven for almost a year, and it’s hands down one of the best I’ve ever been to. The staff is always kind and helpful, and the owner is one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. He genuinely remembers you, asks how you’re doing, and actually listens. The staff has stayed consistent (no high turnover is a good sign) and are all very friendly and personable every time I go in.The store is always clean and well-stocked, and the parking lot stays surprisingly tidy considering the area. Prices are a bit high, but that’s just part of living in Washington. Overall, it’s a great neighborhood spot that makes quick stops feel a little more personal.”

“I just started working at Zones as a sales support Engineer on the Tech side.....I would have to say to the prior comments 2 things. 1. Every company has pushy sales guys...period! Don't judge a business on A crappy employee.....especially when there are 1000 others to choose from. 2. Every company has issues with employee Alcoholism or substance abuse with some staff members....Those people will not last long. So in my opinion...after my first week this has got to be one of the best companies I've ever worked for PERIOD!”

“I have been having issues with a PTZ camera not communicating with its controller for 10 weeks. Had been using RS232 to Ethernet adapters as per the manufacturer's instructions and nothing worked even after trying two different sets of adapters and two different CAT6 cables. I called Pacific Custom Cables and they set me up with a custom 90' RS232 cable for a reasonable price. It arrived one week later and works perfectly. Thank you so much!”

“The new owners and employees keep the ship sailing much smoother and cleaner compared to their predecessors. The store & parking lot is always kept clean, and they've recently repaved the entire parking lot. The only negative aspect of this place, once again compared to the previous workers, is the very bad attitudes and sickening unpleasant and ridiculously unfriendly behaviors nearly every single person that works there. Lighten up folks. Saying hello to a customer isn't gonna bring some ancient curse upon your family....or will it? I'll continue to speak when I come inside even if it's always met with blank stares.”

“They google the value of your item. Then they look for certain marks that say whatever you bring is authentic. They dont know how to actually authenticate things even with the receipt. So you dont know if what your buying is authentic. Different reps have different prices to offer. Theyre just not condistent and truly educated to authenticate things”
